Losing weight the celebrity “weigh”!
There are many “fad” diets out there and just as many celebrity sponsored ones that purport to give you a fantastic body and shape with little or no effort. The most recent one doing the rounds in fact is the Maple Syrup and Pepper diet (popularized by Beyoncé), but the one thing they all have in common is that they really do not work – in fact in more than one case, not only do they not work, they are dangerous and could make you ill!
