Luci Electronic Cigarettes Are A Life-Saver and a Money-Saver!

Updated on March 24, 2013

This article is about vaping...

Vaping is a term that has been coined to refer to the use of a personal vaporizer in place of tobacco cigarettes. This article is not about tobacco cigarettes or tobacco products of any kind.

Break The Tobacco Habit!

Why I Recommend Vaping With E-Cigs vs. Smoking With Tobacco

Recently, I have had a very interesting job helping a friend write articles for his electronic cigarettes website. I have to confess that I really did not know any thing about electronic cigarettes when I began this job. I am a lifelong non-smoker. However, the more I have researched and written, the more I have become convinced that electronic cigarettes are just a terrific innovation and the way to go for smokers.

When I was a child, my father was a chain smoker. He destroyed his own health, my health, and the health of everyone else within breathing distance. He hacked and coughed and complained of chronic bronchitis. His fingernails and fingertips were permanently stained, and he smelled of cigarettes, and so did our house, our clothes, our hair, and anything else having to do with my family.

Eventually, the doctor told him to stop smoking or he would die, so he quit cold-turkey and sat around not smoking for the rest of his life. As a behavioral science specialist and a person who has successfully made some major lifestyle changes, I can tell you that this is NOT the way to end an addiction!

The best way to end an addiction is to replace it with something that is equally as engaging. That is just what electronic cigarettes do. With electronic cigarettes, the former smoker (now “vaper”) can still enjoy nicotine (which is not the dangerous part of smoking), still has something to do with his/her hands, can still enjoy inhaling a rich, flavorful substance (vapor instead of smoke) and on top of all that can save money to be able to do other enjoyable things!

Do Your E Cig Research To Make A Smart Choice!

How Becoming A Vaper Can Change Your Life

When you become a vaper, you will stop bothering and endangering people with smoke, and you will cease to be a fire hazard! You can vape anywhere you want to, and you will not endanger or annoy anyone in any way. The vapor you will enjoy is made of water, propylene glycol or glycerin, and flavoring. It is odorless and dissipates almost instantly. You are the only one who is affected by it.

Vaping gives you a wide range of choices that you would never have with smoking. You can choose from many interesting and exciting flavors ranging from brand name tobacco flavors to fun flavors such as berry and chocolate. There are literally hundreds of flavors to choose from.

You can choose how much nicotine to use. You can start out at the same level as the tobacco product you currently use and gradually lower the amount to nothing, if you choose. You can choose from all kinds of colors and styles of e-cigarettes in varying price ranges, and all of the prices are reasonable and will literally save you hundreds of dollars over standard tobacco products.

In addition to that, there are many online communities built up around the hobby of vaping. People enjoy sharing notes on technology, mixing their own flavorings, and more. This is certainly something you would not find with smoking!

Disposable Luci in Black or White

Why Luci?

As I said, I am not a smoker and never have been; however, I have done a lot of research on all of the brands of e-cigarettes on the market today. I am convinced that electronic cigarettes are a wave of the future, and incredible improvement over tobacco products, and something that I am enthusiastic about promoting.

When originally I decided to choose a brand of electronic cigarette to share with others I decided on Luci. I have to say that, generally speaking, all of the major brands are good. They offer high quality products and customer service and good warranties. That’s what you should look for when considering buying a vaping system. However, I felt that people just starting out, might be hesitant to make an investment of $50 - $200 without first trying out electronic cigarettes. Luci offers disposable electronic cigarettes to those just starting out at a very reasonable price.

Update March 24, 2013

Apparently, I am not the only one who felt this way. Since I originally posted this article, virtually all of the major e cig manufacturers have introduced a disposable version. Luci is still the first disposable and has a good reputation for being the best.

Luci Disposable Offers An Absolutely No-Risk Trial

For just $12.50 you get a Luci Disposable Electronic Cigarette that more than equals a pack of cigarettes. If you buy two, they are $10 each. This includes free shipping and handling! I believe that this is just about how much a pack of cigarettes costs these days, so there is really no reason not to give this wonderful innovation a try!

When you do try the Luci Disposable, remember that it is just a little bigger and heavier than the re-usable Luci. The Reusable Luci Electronic Cigarette is about the same size and weight as a standard cigarette. This type of e-cigarette is slim, simple, sleek, and classy basic black or white.

Vaping With Luci Offers Many Options

When you decide to take the plunge and purchase your Luci Starter Kit, you will have a lot of options in everything from the type of starter kit you order (starting at $59.99) to a variety of interesting flavors (Tobacco, Menthol, Cherry, or Coffee) and varying levels of nicotine. Reviewers uniformly state that you will have a trouble-free and enjoyable vaping experience with Luci.

You will also find that replacement or additional cartridges are very inexpensive, starting at $9.99 for a 5-pack. Each cartridge equals about fifteen cigarettes, so a 5-pack equals about seventy-five cigarettes!

When you order your Luci Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit, you will have the convenience of online ordering, free shipping with orders of more than a hundred dollars, and a 30-Day-Money-Back Guarantee and Lifetime Warranty!

It's All Good!

I feel very strongly, that if you are a smoker now, you will surely enjoy switching from old-fashioned tobacco to the sleek, clean, modern technology of vaping. Consider the positive impact on your health and that of your loved ones, the reduced impact on the environment, reduced danger of fire, the reduced stress on your pocketbook, and more!

You have everything to gain and nothing to lose!

Will you try Luci?

Thanks, Peggy! Another thing that I just recently learned while writing these articles for my e cig client is that the tobacco used in commercial cigarettes is genetically modified! So on top of all the chemicals and pesticides and whatnot in the tobacco, smokers are also dosing themselves with some sort of "Franken-Substance"!

As a life long non smoker I still found this hub to be interesting and informative and wish more people could quit smoking and/or switch to these types of products in order to save the rest of us from the effects of second hand smoke. I know how hard it was for my parents to give up the habit of smoking cigarettes. Wow! They certainly have gotten expensive from what you say! Up, useful and interesting votes.

Luci is a nice disposable e cig. Honestly, since I wrote this article a lot has changed in the e cig world. Today, it is possible to get a nice little bare bones starter kit from a top supplier such as V2 for very little money. Their Vantage Vapor express kit is just $25 and includes a charger and battery that you can use with other V2 products. You can find it here:

You will get more value with a more comprehensive starter kit because they usually give you a good supply of cartridges. Each cartridge equals about a pack and a half of tobacco cigarettes.

Let me know if you have any questions about any of this! :) Thanks for your interest!

I will try to find the Luci disposable e-cig. I have been using another brand of disposables for a little while now, but they seem to not last very long. I would like to quit real cigarettes completely. This is a very informative hub, I'm glad to find information from someone that has done some research on the e-cigs. Thank you for sharing this information! Voted up and useful! :)

Jaye: E cigs are designed to take the place of cigarettes. The choice is entirely up to the vaper of whether to continue vaping with nicotine, reduce or eliminate nicotine, continue vaping without nicotine, or quit vaping eventually. E-cigs are not designed or marketed as stop smoking tools, but the vaper can make the choice to use the e cig in that way.

The strength of e cigs is that they empower the vaper to make choices. To continue to vape with nicotine eliminates a tremendous amount of exposure to toxins. To continue to vape without nicotine turns a chemical addiction into a harmless habit or even a hobby.

There are lots of fun things about vaping that include choices in colors, flavors & styles, online communities to share info with, technological tinkering, carrying an interesting conversation piece around that acts as an ice-breaker in social situations.

People might certainly choose to continue vaping without nicotine for their entire lives, and there's no harm in it. We all have social supports that we use. There's no reason to break the habit of having something to hold and puff unless the vaper chooses to do so. It doesn't hurt anything.

Suzanne...Is the electronic cigarette marketed so that people who smoke can continue indefinitely without the same harm that regular cigarettes cause, or are there instructions for using the e-cig to taper off and quit altogether (finding some other activity to replace using the e-cig)? I realize that the makers and distributors of the e-cig probably don't want anyone to stop using it, but have you found or devised methods for using it to stop the need to hold an object, puff on it and "pretend" smoke? I'm not a smoker and abhore the habit, but realize it's an addiction. I'm thinking the e-cig can become a psychological addiction if used continuously with no effort to break that habit also. JAYE

My hubby has been vaping for over a year. I am thrilled that he no longer lights up. He loves them.

Well, I'm glad he quit! I know it is very hard. When I worked at FEMA, there was an old gentleman working there who had terrible emphysema. He would drag his oxygen tank out to the smoke dock and light up!

I haven't smoked since about 1982. Quitting would have been easier with some such device.

I Was rather stunned when I visited my brother several months after he had surgery for cancer in his sinuses and he lit up a cigarette. Later he quit cold turkey. Go figure.
