How To Manifest Your Dreams In Your Life
The Law Of Attraction is the most simple thing in the world, it says that 'like attracts like'. For this principle, what you think of the most, you attract in your life. I came across this law a few years ago and suddenly everything in my life made sense to me, so I started practicing positive thinking and my life completely changed! At the beginning it may be hard... you may feel like you are lying to yourself affirming positive thoughts every day. I assure you it will soon change, the most important thing is to find a positive feeling in yourself and start from there. Think about what makes you happy and raise your vibration in the frequency of love. Start looking at things from a different point of view and be grateful everyday for what you have!
Ask: Be Clear About What You Want
The first step to bring you closer to your dreams is to be clear and specific about what you want. I know this seems obvious but many people don't really know what they want in their life. Get pen and paper and start writing down your goals! Be very specific: do you want a new car? Do you want to buy your dream house? Do you want to meet your soulmate? Write it down!
Before you start making your list, make sure you empty your mind and take away any kind of negativity. Clear your mind and fill it with positive thoughts! When you start thinking of things you would like in your life, try to imagine that there are no obstacles... try and think it as a dream where you can wish for absolutely anything and just get it straight away.
Think: If I had unlimited wishes and I could have absolutely anything, what would I wish for?
It can be more complicated than you think to get in that frame of mind because our everyday life is filled with 'Can't', but with a little practise you'll find your happy place where you are the master of your thoughts and your world.

Get Creative and Visualize!
I have realized that the most effective way to visualize your goal is to get creative! The creative process allows your mind to assimilate your goal in a more realistic way. This is because your mind experiences the real world and imaginary world in the same way to the point that it cannot distinguish between the two. To explain this better I will tell you a simple example: professional athletes use this visualization tool as well, they meditate, close their eyes and live the race or the match they are going to play with the outcome they want. As they live the experience in their mind, their body cannot distinguish between immagination and reality, so they experience a fast heart beat or muscle tension like they would have in the competition they are going to face. This is just an example but it's very meaningful! If you want to achieve a goal, first you have to achieve it in your mind. What does it mean to get creative? I personally love Vision Boards! This is a very simple tool: get a board and fill it with images of goals you want to achieve. Is it a new car? A new house? A loving relationship? Find an image that is meaningful to you, that reminds you of the feeling you are going to have when you will have achieved that goal, cut it out and put it on the board. I also like to use Photoshop to create images that represent my goals, some people also like to create videos. Anything is good, it's up to you!

Hold That Feeling!
The following step to manifesting your desires is to 'feel' like you already have what you wish for! For some people this is a difficult step but I find it really fun, you just need to unwind your imagination. Let's say you have made a vision board and spend a few minutes every day staring at it: it doesn't make sense to look at the goal of a new house thinking 'Well, how am I going to get it? My bank will never give me a mortgage!'. If you do this you are setting yourself up for failure. When you look at your goal try and find in yourself that feeling of happiness and gratitude of having achieved it already, without asking yourself 'how' you are going to do it.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself driving that dream car, or wearing that bikini on the beach; try to hold that feeling of satisfaction and feel grateful for what you 'received'.
Believe: make room for what's coming.
Many people find it hard to believe that what they wished for is actually coming... I will tell you something: believing is the key to achieving any goal!
Make sure your actions don't contradict your thoughts. I have read a very powerful story of a woman wanting to attract her soulmate in her life with no success. At one point she realized that her actions weren't going in the same direction as her thoughts, so she started to think: 'what would I do differently if I already had my perfect partner?' and she started to act that way. First thing she did, she made room in her closet 'as if' she was preparing the house for someone to move in. There is no need for me to say that after she started acting 'as if' then as if by magic she actually received what she asked for.
This is only an example but to me it's very meaningful. When in life we struggle to manifest our desires we should ask ourselves: 'Am I letting go of something in order to receive new beautiful things?'. Letting go is a very important step in order to bring in your life what you really want. Holding on to things that contradict your goal only slows to process down and stop you from achieving your goals and bringing abundance in to your life. Holding on to things, relationships and thoughts means you are not really believing you are going to get what you want.
So Believe and let go... get ready to Receive!
Your job is not finished yet, because in order to Receive what you asked for, you need to be on a high positive frequency! So, start your day being grateful for what you already have, because if you are not grateful you will not be able to attract more things to be grateful for. To put yourself in a positive vibration field just do things that make you happy: go on a walk on the beach, find your connection with nature, have a nice meal, do anything that makes you happy and as soon as you can reach a high vibration you will receive!
