Is this YOU?
Is this YOU?

Stress Is NOT Good for YOUR Health

Everyone knows that stress is not good for one's health. Stress causes fatigue and even illness, not to mention the mental toll it puts on our psyche. To put it bluntly: stress must be kept under control.

Now a study coming out of England proves that the addition of a multivitamin/mineral supplement significantly improved the signs of stress among participants. The study followed 215 heathy men between the ages of 35-55, who were employed.

You need to take a multivitamin and MINERAL supplement to alleviate stress.

The Study's Positive Results: Take Your Multivitamin/Mineral Supplement

After only 33 days, the men in the study who were given the multivitamin/mineral supplement experienced greater improvement in general heath, perceived stress, and cognitive abilities--and they were more vigorous.

The study was published in the journal, Psychopharmacology, with this added benefit. As the authors state, "...these findings further suggest that augmenting vitamin/mineral levels in healthy, normal populations may provide beneficial effects in terms of brain function.”

And that means, they're not for men alone!

Both men and women can benefit!

Madam Aphrodite™ Speaks...

Many people take their daily multivitamin, but now we know that it's important to supplement with a multi-mineral as well, or a multivitamin/mineral supplement.

The men in the study were given a combination supplement that contained low amounts of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and C, biotin, folic acid, calcium, magnesium and zinc. So it might not be a bad idea to check your supplement to see that it contains all of these beneficial vitamins and minerals.
