After only 33 days, the men in the study who were given the multivitamin/mineral supplement experienced greater improvement in general heath, perceived stress, and cognitive abilities--and they were more vigorous.
The study was published in the journal, Psychopharmacology, with this added benefit. As the authors state, "...these findings further suggest that augmenting vitamin/mineral levels in healthy, normal populations may provide beneficial effects in terms of brain function.”
