I am tossing out a message in a bottle blog. If you find it uncork it carefully read the message and return it in the bottle blog and toss it back out to sea for someone else. here is the message: First sit down and make a list of things you want to change. Looking at your list you will see item that are large and small. Most large ones will take a long time to change, or they are almost impossible to change. If you can't make a dent in the large ones go to the small ones. It is better to accomplish several small ones than waste your energy on the big ones. Next don't take on everyones problems. People are eager to unload on you and give you problems they should be handling. Be firm it is your life they are messing with. I want you to look in the mirror. Take a good look at yourself. Stress makes you look older. Your shoulders slump your face can look all drawn out. Make a list of changes for yourself. Maybe sleep a few minute less and have some time to meditate or take a small walk. Start standing up straight and take care of you. Take a long soaking bath or set at a park by yourself and look at the sky. Your kids or your family will gladly give you their stress, but don't let them. Most of the time they can do what they are asking you. It is just easier for them to use you. At work leave for your lunch. That is your time. Us it don't give it back to your company. You need that time to unwind. Within two week if you try this your blood pressure will go down as well as your heart rate. None of us know how long we will live so why speed it up. The world will not change for you nor can you change it. Try to enjoy even little things. Meditate, pray, sing or dance. Relieve the stress in your life. Sure your family will miss you when your gone. they will have to find someone else to unload on. Now that you have read this follow my orders and re-cork it and send it on.
