There are so many ways to energize yourself and why, because you deserve to give yourself the gift of love! We have to take ownership of our own happiness, one moment at a time and these small tips will hopefully jump start energy into a healthier and energetic lifestyle.

Buy a book of Affirmations and carry it with you. Read it throughout the day to lift your spirits and instill confidence.

Know your limits

Learn to say "no" more often to demanding friends, family and co-workers who seem to take every ounce of your energy you might have to spare. It might feel odd to say no the first time, but how do you feel when you have the extra time to spend on you!

S urround Yourself with High-Energy People

Choose to be in close proximity of those who are empowering, who appeal to your sense of connection to intention, who see the greatness in you, who feel connected to spirit, and who live a life that gives evidence that spirit has found celebration through them.

Mindful ~ The act of being mindful opens you to the full experience of the moment

Paint the walls of a room a vibrant color. It will lift your mood every time you enter the room.
