Most effective weight loss techniques: Do it yourself
There are lots of articles and blogs describing the techniques and methods of weigh loss. However, if you are managing it with yourself then the most important factor is the discipline. Person looking to manage the weight loss should be self motivated and should not follow with a feeling of “let me try” or “I am not sure ". It’s a time consuming process with a positive mindset, you should not give a space to hopelessness.
In other words it’s a dynamic process because it requires continuous efforts & even after achievement you have to control & manage yourself.
Here are some practically tested & easy ways to do it yourself without any external efforts.
- Prepare you mindset: Prepare a plan. Make a sheet with your current weight on it and mark the weight after every two or three days. Decide at-least two week time to reduce it by 5 %. This figure does not seem too attractive, but if you achieve it, then a major part is done. The reason why I believe it is because you will be proven yourself with will power of control and balance for two weeks. After two weeks you can continue these practices till you are achieved.
- Prepare a menu: Prepare a menu of your dieting plan for two weeks on paper with the dates. It should contain majority of fruits and vegetables. Try to keep yourself with vegetarian diets with less fat. Some natural fat burning fruits and vegetables are Pine apple, papaya, carrot, apple & cabbage.
- Consume lots of water: Try to consume water at frequent intervals. Don't drink more then a glassful at a time. However, do it frequently, because water helps in metabolism and it effects on stored fats more quickly.
- Must do :
- Drink a glass of warm water with natural lemon juice & a teaspoonful of honey in empty stomach daily.
- Use ginger in cooking because it burns fats and controls cholesterol level.
- Take light meals after every three-four hours instead of taking big meals two-times a day.
- Steam bath is one of the best ways to reduce the excess fats. Buy a movable small steam bath unit & use it for 15 - 20 minutes as per your comfort.
- Green Tea is very helpful to reduce weight. Drink a cup of green tea after meals.
- Using pepper increase the metabolism.
- Replace your breakfast with one or two ripe fresh tomatoes.
- Exercise daily followed by fresh carrot juice. Swimming, bicycling, walking & playing sports is always good.
- Avoid alcohol, cheese, chocolate, creams, Pastries, Butter & margarine in dieting period.
- Minimize the usage of salt in dieting periods.
- Don't sleep more then seven hours.
- Don't drink cold milk. If you want to drink milk then must drink hot.
- Avoid potatoes, rice & try to eat wheat products.
It’s not a magic trick to overcome weight problems immediately; it takes time and need patience. By practicing above tips without skipping will lead to control the weight for sure. These are the in-house treatment techniques & practically tested.
