My Best Dream Ever!

My nana died last year. I am only nine years old, but it was the saddest day of my life. Losing my nana is the saddest thing that has ever happened to me.

My Best Dream Ever By Faith

Last night I accidentally watched something scary, it was about the end of the world and satan. I quickly left the room, but I was scared about what I heard and saw on the television. When we went to bed, my mom prayed twice that I wouldn’t have a bad dream about it. I then prayed twice about it. After we prayed, I went to sleep.

Instead of having a bad dream, Jesus gave me a good dream!

It was about everybody going to Heaven, because Jesus came for us!

In the beginning of my dream, my mom and dad were at work, so my brother Hunter and my two cousins Blake and Connor had to walk to Aunt Anna’s house where my cousin Taylor was to watch us.

On our way we saw God!

God said we will shoot up to Heaven and then see Jesus welcoming us!

Then we shot up to the sky and kept going and we saw lots and lots of people going up to Heaven.

So finally we arrived in Heaven! We saw lots and lots of gold and then my mom and dad appeared by us! Soon my aunts and uncles appeared too! And all my friends from school! But before my mom could say a word I went running and pulled her arm with me!

Do you know what I was running for?

I ran to find my nana, my mom’s mom.

She just passed away last year, so I went running and running with my mom. I soon found a room and I just knew it was the one. My mom put her hand on the door and opened it and then we found her!

We ran up and hugged her! Soon all my relatives came in and hugged her! And my aunts and uncles. Finally my papa came and gave her the biggest hug ever!

We noticed that nana was playing the piano! And not just any old piano! She was playing a piano made of clouds and the black part of the keys was gold! And that wasn’t all. When she was with us on earth she couldn’t read music notes, but she was reading the notes! She had a big musical book to read made out of a real rainbow! I didn’t know she could not read notes, but when I told my mom about nana playing the piano and reading the musical notes, she told me that nana sometimes felt like she was not a good piano player on earth because she couldn’t read notes!

Soon nana gave us a tour of Heaven. There were a lot of stores in Heaven. After twenty minutes, the stores would change into a different kind of store!

There were streets of gold and tall gates made of gold too!

Then we saw Jesus!

He welcomed us to Heaven and he had a very soft voice! We opened the gold gates and the there were clouds that were the ground.

First my sisters, Tori and Lexi walked on the clouds, and then everybody else did too! Then we saw a huge golden castle! It was God’s castle!

And Jesus said we could go see God! So we all walked into the gold castle and saw God inside the castle.

God has a nice soft voice too. We had some lunch with God too.

That was the end of my dream…it was so real! I can’t wait to go back…my mom said that Jesus will come when the whole world hears about Him. I hope the whole world hears soon. Tell your friends and neighbors about Jesus and get them to church. I want to go back to see Jesus and my nana soon.

Death is one of the most difficult things to deal with in life. Whether we are rational adults, or young children, the sting of death is life altering.

Very nice dream. Hope to see my nana (Grams) and aunt to one day there too. Something to look forward to. Most importantly I'm glad you saw a lot of people.

Soconfident -- thanks for reading, and so very true!

Faith Reaper -- long overdue sharing this dream by my sweet Faith. Hard to believe at nine years old, her nana's death has such a profound affect even after one year. Needless to say, WE ARE READY! Bless you!
