Varicose Veins Treatment Consultation

Did you ever have a varicose veins treatment consultation? Varicose veins do not only take away from your beauty, they pose serious health risk. As you read about my free consultation for varicose veins treatment, you may relate or have a totally different story. My varicose veins are as a result of child birth and since the kids are now big, I decided to start focusing on myself and chose to get rid of those bulging veins.

What prompted me to get rid of them even more was that sometimes, I would get these cramps at night. that produce a pain, I can't even explain. A gut wrenching pain that made me freeze for minutes until the cramp was gone. Other times, I would experience a burning sensation in the location of the veins or they would just hurt. When I would bring it to my doctors' attention she would say, wear compression stockings.

Compression Stockings For Varicose Veins

Now, just about everyone believes that compression stockings aids in the healing of varicose veins. That they are the best when it comes to varicose treatments. I tried those stockings at one time and since they did not caress my skin,we went our separate ways. .

varicose vein scars

My varicose vein treatment began, the day I saw an ad for a free varicose veins treatment consultation in the local newspaper. I called to schedule an appointment because the company is board certified. I showed up for my non natural varicose vein treatment consultation and have many regrets to this day.

My varicose veins treatment began, the day I saw an ad for a free varicose veins treatment consultation in the local newspaper. I called to schedule an appointment because the company is board certified. I showed up for my non natural varicose vein treatment consultation and have many regrets to this day.

Now,mind you,I've been to free consultations before; but, this one was different. I had expected a sit down session in which the procedure would be explained, the price discussed,(to date),I have no clue how much this procedure cost because it was never discussed. And, this is important information that one needs to know, because if the procedure is done by someone who is out of the network, the insurance does not pick up the tab and you are responsible for the bill so,the cost of the procedure needs to be disclosed before any papers are signed.

During what was supposed to be my free varicose veins treatment consultation, pictures were taken , my veins were observed on the sonogram machine, and an appointment was scheduled even before giving me a chance to make a decision or shop around. I was told my insurance would have to be contacted for approval and a prescription(for antibiotics-one pill) was handed to me. I was advised to take it on the same day of the surgery right before the procedure commenced. Talk about excitement! In a matter of days I would have great legs without any scarring because with laser surgery, that's what happens. You get a fast painless scar free procedure. Well, I was mistaken, because I have scars.

Bath therapy products Helped with Varicose Vein Swelling

When I went back to work the next day,my Co-worker noticed how big my foot was because I was dragging it and told me to use bath therapy products to help with the swelling. Well, it did not do any thing for my scars but it helped with the swelling.

The next time, you decide to go in for a free consultation of any nature, be sure you are part of the decision making process. I did not have a chance to read up on testimonials of others who had the procedure done and still do not know how much it cost even though the money is not coming from my pockets. What if the insurance did not approve the procedure? I would be stuck with a big bill. Well, I hope you learn from my free consultation for varicose veins treatment and don't do the same mistakes I did.
