My Weight Loss Goals: Day One
I Want to Lose 45 Pounds
I want to lose 45 pounds. I used to be so cute and skinny.
Over the past two years, I've gained 45 pounds. I've haven't been working,and I've been overeating in a major way.
I started a new diet today, and this time I hope I stick with it.
I am 5 feet 6 inches,and I weigh 170 pounds as of this morning. I want to get back down to 125 pounds, and I will do just about anything to get there. My boyfriend lost a lot of weight on this diet,and I hope to do the same.

My Diet: Day One
My diet is simple.
Eat five or six tiny meals a day. Eat every two and a half hours. Try to eat more healthy stuff than non-healthy stuff. Drink a glass of water with every meal.
That's about it for my diet, Pretty easy.
Maybe not so easy to implement, I'm a heavy eater. I like food, and lots of it. I like the bad stuff. I don't plan on denying myself anything on this diet. Anything. I will just try to limit the bad stuff I eat, and have at least half of my mini meals be some fruit or vegetable.
I already started out good today. My first meal was a child sized portion of applesauce. My second was some leftover pork and green beans from last night's dinner. I wanted to get some protien in there.
I'm using a toddler sized bowl for portioning. Basically, if I can fit it in there, I can eat it. I am not sure if I will be able to do this diet, I'm already really hungry, and I just ate. Well, we'll see how it goes.
