A Quick Guide To Beat Stress While At Home On The Weekend
Stress. It can creep up on you at the most unexpected times.
But I'm going to give you my guide for punching stress right in the face while just lounging around at home. After all, you deserve it. Okay. If you know how to smile. Then you are well on your way to achieving this feat. Remember. No matter what. There will always be stress trying to tackle you to the ground, and hey sometimes it just might. I know I get my weekly dose of stress just from work and school. So right now I am going to do my best to explain how to fight stress, laugh more, and ultimately just be more happy all while relaxing in your cave you call home, Okay Sport?
Now. I have made the guide into 5 simple steps. If you follow them carefully. You should be able to master the ancient skill of "not doing much." From what I have learned all these years working with computers is, the computer is a very powerful machine and if you know where to go and you have the right mindset, you are going to go very far, my friend.
Every has heard the song. I personally love it. The entire music video is all about people dancing and being happy. If you haven't watched it. I would really recommend you watch it below. It's awesome.
Do You Have A Nice Boss?
Okay here's the guide.
Step 1: Even though it's the weekend you should wake up at a reasonable time. I'd say around 11:00 - 11:30 pm
I try to lay there awake with my eyes closed for about 5 minutes, I find it easier to get up if you do it slowly. Try it.
Step 2: Get some food in you. It doesn't matter if it's cereal or a lobster. Just make sure you got your energy for the day.
Food. Now, food plays an important roll in your mood as well as your physical health. Gotta fuel up.
Step 3: Get on the internet.
If you are able to blog or read blogs, Chances are. You have access to the internet. So what always helps me with this step is to practice watching or browsing only positive things. Specifically comedy. You could master this skill within a few days.
Step 4: Snacks, buy snacks.
We all know any netflix session is well-accompanied by you're favorite food and drink. So I would highly recommend being prepared before you step into your cave.
Step 5: Keep it up!
Great you got the basics! Now get it! And conquer the world while you're at it!
Also try not to think about the future too much, It's not good.
Yeah this is a tardis from Dr. Who, best representation of the future ever by the way, but what I have noticed, being a very positive person. You got to learn to be happy, even in the most stressful situations, it doesn't take long to master, just start thinking more positive about yourself and other people. I cannot stress that enough, excuse the pun, once you master thinking and being more positive, your world around you will seem to just get better automatically.
After carefully reading my guide, you will start to wonder why you even looked at that fight video, or that ghost video, or that tornado video that caused you nothing but anxiety. So lets put it this way. If you have less stress in life, you will not only go far, you will look physically younger, feel physically younger, you will be physically younger. Many, many studies have proven this. So go on. Practice happy. Practice happy forever!
