My Experience with Vitamin D3

Updated on December 22, 2010

my new friend vitamin D3

Hi its bob again! just wanted to share my latest experience with you!

I went to the doctor with a severe sinus infection and the doc prescribed an antibiotic, normal procedure.

i took the pills for ten days and the infection was almost gone, BUT, within a week it came back.

i went back to the doctor and this time he proceeded to prescribe anther antibiotic.

i took this one as prescribed also, this time a z pack, for five days.

now once again a week later the infection was back, just as bad as at the first!

here we go back to the doctor!

this time i was shocked when he told me he could give me no more antibiotics as he said " they where like water to me" !!!!

i was not only shocked but in total fear as to what to do, this infection was interfering with not only my health but also with my entire life!

so now with no where to turn i went to the Internet and began to do research.

this is when i came across information that vitamin D3 could cure a sinus infection!

in fact the article stated that it will prevent colds and flu's too!!

well i went to the store and bought some D3 and began taking double doses and to my surprise my sinus infection went away!

i now take it regularly in the winter to ward off colds and flu, i have not had a cold or flu since, not to mention no sinus infection.

thanks for reading! Bob.............
