How to Use Natural Essential Oils

Aromatic oils are rushing to help you to maintain your youth, health and beauty. We are going to present here some recipes so you can solve some problems relating to your appearance and health.

Care for female breasts
For the care of female breasts is recommended the following massage oil: 50 ml jojoba oil and 15 drops Geranium, 3 drops Lavender, 3 drops of ylang-ylang. That would be two times a week do gentle massage  to the breast.

Wrinkles
Wrinkles appear when skin is aging and connective tissue that lies under the top layer (epidermis), more and more lose its elasticity. With regular facial massage using essential oils you can at least slow down the formation of wrinkles, if you begin the treatment in time. Massage improves circulation, due to this is increased the supply of oxygen.
For a soft facial massage is suitable the following mixture:  mix 25 ml of avocado oil, jojoba oil 25 ml, 25 ml of oil wheat grain, 10 drops of frankincense, 10 drops of rose. In addition, is recommended switching to a healthy diet rich in vitamins B, C and E and minerals. Give up alcohol, nicotine and coffee.

Acne
In the morning and evening clean the face with a toilet water, prepared according to the following recipe: 50 ml of ethyl alcohol and 10 drops of tea tree oil, 10 drops lavender and 5 drops bergamot. Apply this mixture undiluted to wet a cotton ball and wipe them pimples.
Also, once a week, do a steam bath for the face of the following composition: 1 liter of hot water, add 1 drop of peppermint, I drop of thyme, 1 drop of lavender.

Mix 50 ml of jojoba oil, 5 drops of blue chamomile, 5 drops of rose. With this mixture massage the face once a day, and once a week, make a mask from the following: 50 ml of yogurt mix with 5 drops of sandalwood oil, 5 drops juniper, 2 drops of rosemary. Apply the mask after 10-15 minutes, rinse with water at room temperature. In the cold season, be sure to use fatty creams for skin protection from the cold.

Cellulite
Mix 100 ml of jojoba oil and 10 drops of juniper, 10 drops of rosemary, 10 drops of geranium, 10 drops of orange juice, 5 drops of cypress.
Apply and massage with this oil mixture the problematic place using a sponge, brush or massage glove.

Cracks on the elbows
Working behind a desk and malnutrition - the major causes of the roughness and cracks on the skin of the elbows. The proposed composition of returns skin softness and elasticity: 50 ml of avocado oil and 10 drops of orange juice, 5 drops of rosewood, 5 drops of sandalwood.

Sunburn
As the lotion is "after-sun" is recommended as follows: 10 drops of lavender, 10 drops of blue chamomile, 50 ml of jojoba oil.
Apply after the sunbathing. In severe sunburn with the formation of bubbles, it is recommended to use the essential oil of lavender.
