1, Enhance your protection with the help of cabbage and other green leafy vegetables.

Scientific studies showed that cabbage consumption along with its related vegetables can fight and control the spread of cervical cancer-infected cells. It makes the immune system stronger. For more protection, you can choose organically grown (chemical-free) cabbage, and its hybrids such as broccoli and cauliflower. You can eat it raw or half-cooked without thinking of the danger that it can inflict to our health.

2. Exercise your immune system with the help of reading.

It is a known fact that Chronic stress can pause a danger to the health of a person wherein studies show that it can be difficult for the women’s body to fight cervical cancer. It is beneficial if you can just forget your problems for 10 minutes or so by keeping yourself busy through reading books, magazines and paperbacks. @ferdinand: Sorry to keep you waiting for 5 days. The puree of organic cabbage, along its hybrids (cauliflower and broccoli) can help. It has anti-cancer properties that can still fight or lessen the effects of the disease.

Still, the best way is to consult a doctor-specialist so that your mother can have a full medical attention that she needed most this time around.

You're so right, sailor. We have to plant it first and wait for months to harvest the fruits of our labor.
