      "I agree that reducing the amount of chocolates, coffee, tea, alcohol and nicotine will help one go through the menopause with ease. Also, as cited by you herbal supplements are safe compared to HRT or Bio identical Therapies. You have listed most of the known supplements but missed out on one which is prevalent in the Asian Region. Rice Bran is one natural supplement that contains enormous vitamins and minerals and that helps curb menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings and night sweats. Women in Asia go through a smooth transition because of Rice Bran being a staple there.
