Woman mostly experience this condition in their early 50's, but it is also common to get it in your early 40's. Also, as cited by you herbal supplements are safe compared to HRT or Bio identical Therapies. You have listed most of the known supplements but missed out on one which is prevalent in the Asian Region. Rice Bran is one natural supplement that contains enormous vitamins and minerals and that helps curb menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings and night sweats.
