I must say this from the beginning, if we don't want to do the do's, we can't complain about not getting the results we've been looking for. Must people are looking for a fast way to erase the problem while we still enable the problem by eating junk most of the time, if not all the time. If we desire change we have to change today. When we put it off we are delaying our progress. WIth that said if you really want change read on, If you're looking for a fast change from a pill that claims it's the best, this isn't for you.

I'll be brief on this topic and right to the point. Since I never had issues with this I had to ask myself what was I doing right and others doing wrong. Well it all comes down to our diet. I researched it and it's plain to see that no matter what you may think if you have a poor diet which does not supply you what your body needs, things will not work properly for you in the bedroom, bathroom, hotel room, car, etc. with you and your loving mate. IT'S TRUE!

The penis is basically a hydraulic system in front of our body men. Blood needs to reach it quickly (when we are turned on) so it can enlarge.       In reading this article, I saw the suggestion of taking in Damiana Root. I once purchased it before fully researching it. I did do the research before I opened it, however, and found that the ingredients acted as an MAO inhibitor, which can be very dangerous when having certain foods in your diet. I was once put on MAO inhibitors for depression and was given a list of foods that were absolutely forbidden, given a prescription for thorazine just in case I accidentally ate one of them, and directions to go to the nearest hospital. I walked on egg shells for over a year and then switched to another type of antidepressant. So of course, when I found out about damiana root I immediately returned it, very grateful that I caught it. I bought pharma maca instead, which does NOT have these ingredients. I learned that it is imperative to research EVERY supplement and herb that is suggested, no matter who suggests it. Recently a doctor suggested a supplement for my stepdaughter that also had the properties of an MAO inhibitor. I am so glad I checked it out for her. We must watch out for ourselves!

      I also will add that when one worries about it not coming up it will not come up. Grab a hand full or 2 of pumpkins seeds to start off right. Drink more water and eat alkaline forming foods and such.

      Thanks for the comment Melpor. I really do appreciate the feed back.

      I only suggest the baking soda (1/2 teaspoon) into a gallon of water (which is what some companies put in the water anyway) is safe when it's a low dosage. The full gallon with the half a teaspoon of baking soda will make the water alkaline and the sodium will be such a small amount it will not hurt anyone unless they already have a very high blood pressure.

      This is a very informative hub. I pretty much eat most of the foods mentioned in your list. But there is one item I have not tried and that is alkaline water. This is something I have never heard of before. I will read more articles about this "Alkaline Water" you mentioned here. Being a chemist I know water generally has a pH of around 7 and to make it alkaline (pH greater than 7) you must add something that basic and soluble in water. You suggested adding baking soda (Sodium Bicarbonate) to make it alkaline. This will make it alkaline, but there is also some sodium added here. That is not good.
