How to cure Arthritis naturally

Today, young and old people are showing symptoms of joint pain, inflammation, tightness and consistent swelling. Most likely the cause is Arthritis. It is now a common disease and many people tend to suffer silently until the pain becomes excruciating. It is best to get the diagnosis early by a doctor and start the treatment effectively. Here, are some natural remedies to heal and reduce arthritis. Doctor's guidance is suggested.

Physical exercise. Daily movement kept our ancestors healthy. It is not essential to join a gym to meet the daily needs of physical exercise. It can be simple daily activities. Like taking stairs instead of lift, cleaning house, walking to the grocery shop instead of using car. These simple chores can help to keep the joints moving. It helps to reduce the inflammation and improve the flexibility of joints. Moderate physical exercise is better than excessive or absence of exercise. Good exercise includes aerobic exercise, swimming, cycling. If you are diagnosed with arthritis, it is best to consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise.

Mixture of honey and Apple cider Vinegar. This mixture help to break down the acid crystals of joints, thus making them healthy and flexible. It is rich in potassium which helps to reduce arthritis symptoms. It is good for overall health too. It is recommended to discuss with your doctor and take the apple cider vinegar mixture in small quantities, three times a day.

Oil pulling. This is an old remedy where a small amount of oil (sunflower oil, olive oil or any cold pressed oil) is gargled in the mouth, without swallowing. After 5-10 minutes, the oil is thrown out and mouth is gargled with water. This simple procedure can heal many diseases. It helps to pull out the toxins out of the body and cleanse, massage the internal organs. It is best to do it in empty stomach, early in the morning. Oil pulling can help to reduce the symptoms of arthritis too. If you have symptoms of arthritis, it is best to discuss with your doctor before adding this therapy to your daily regime.

Urine Therapy. It is an age old remedy used in ancient cultures like India, Europe. This therapy is very effective in healing diseases and very beneficial for arthritis too. It works on the principle of homeopathy. It is best to take the early morning, mid-stream urine in small quantity and check for improvement in the condition. It is best to take your own urine as our body releases hormones and other essential nutrients, which carry information and when introduced to our own body, it helps to heal and recover the whole body. There is some stigma with this therapy as urine is considered as dirty. However, there is great research done in this field and the facts prove it. Doctor's guidance is recommended before making any significant change in your dietary habits or adding this new therapy.

Natural remedies to Arthritis are good as they tend to heal the body. They tend to have less or no side effects and tend to be the cheapest alternative too. Taking care of our own health is the best decision that we can take for ourselves. We are responsible.

Yes, good therapies need to be written or they will be lost with history. With recent modernization and antibiotics, people are having more problems and at much younger age. Yes, urine therapy is good for eye problems too. You can read some books on urine therapy for further details.

Hi again,Ruchi, I would like to just suggest that maybe you go in and edit your Hub to clarify just what kind of oil one should use to gargle with. I can understand using sunflower, olive, etc. but to us in this country I believe you could be misunderstood. I thought of motor oil when I first read this.

Sorry, but I'm not drinking my urine unless I'm dying of thirst.

Hi Mary, oil like sunflower, olive or any cold pressed oil will work. It is best to gargle early in the morning and throw the oil out.

About urine therapy, yes, it is very powerful in healing our body and arthritis too. On many occasions, when I could not recover from doctor's medicine, I just used this simple therapy. I am amazed by its results.

      Thanks for your feedback.

What kind of oil would you gargle with? I've heard of people drinking their urine when they were dying of thirst, but not for this purpose.

Anyways, this was interesting. I do agree that vinegar and honey would be good.
