We have all, at least once, tried to kick this bad habit.

Using these methods may help, but it is known that these methods (especially Nicotine Replacement Therapy) mostly help people quit only for a short period of time. But what's the point in that?
Being an ex smoker myself I know how frustrating and difficult it can be, especially when you try and fail. You try again, just to get the same disappointing results as before. After a while you may give up completely, thinking that you would never be able to quit. But there is another, affordable, way out.

I came across a book written by Allen Carr. It will mentally prepare you to stop this habit. You wont be reading about the dangers smoking has in store for you, no. We all know what they are, and it hasn't helped anyone to quit.
After reading this book, the thought of smoking your last cigarette will be a joy, you might even not want to smoke that last one (I took a few drags and killed it).
I'm very proud to say that I have succeeded this way. I've seen many family members and friends succeed - you can too!
