Need To Quit Smoking? - Try This!

Updated on August 27, 2012

We have all, at least once, tried to kick this bad habit.

Some of us succeed, but sadly the higher percentage fall back.

Have We Not Tried It All?

  • Cold Turkey
  • Nicotine Replacements (gum, patches)
  • Hypnosis
  • Acupuncture
  • E-Cigarettes
  • Medication

Using these methods may help, but it is known that these methods (especially Nicotine Replacement Therapy) mostly help people quit only for a short period of time. But what's the point in that?

Being an ex smoker myself I know how frustrating and difficult it can be, especially when you try and fail. You try again, just to get the same disappointing results as before. After a while you may give up completely, thinking that you would never be able to quit. But there is another, affordable, way out.

I hope to be of help today. Reading this could easily be the best thing that has happened to you in a while.

I have tried various methods which none seemed to work, until I stumbled upon what seemed to be the most ridiculous way to help me quit smoking. I really didn't think this was the answer, but I sure proved myself wrong.

I came across a book written by Allen Carr. It will mentally prepare you to stop this habit. You wont be reading about the dangers smoking has in store for you, no. We all know what they are, and it hasn't helped anyone to quit.

After reading this book, the thought of smoking your last cigarette will be a joy, you might even not want to smoke that last one (I took a few drags and killed it).

I'm very proud to say that I have succeeded this way. I've seen many family members and friends succeed - you can too!

Where Can You Find This Book?

You should be able to find it at your nearest bookstore, or even at the library - this book has been written in 38 languages.

It's also available on Amazon (I have provided the link below)

I have no doubt that this will work for you.

Good luck!

Lets See What The Outcome Is

I have tried one or more of the mentioned methods to quit smoking and I ...

See results

I have Allen Carr's book on my book shelf. I know one person that quit after reading his book. I think when I read it I wasn't ready to quit at the time. But glad to know it worked for you.

      Welcome to HubPages.

Yes, and that's the whole thing... You have to WANT TO quit before reading the book. You have to WANT TO to get anything right/done properly, in fact. I really hated myself for smoking, and the book helped get my mind set right to go through with it. Maybe one day for you :)
