How Does Nutrilite Carb Blocker 2 Work?

Updated on August 7, 2013

Low Carb Dieter's Get Some Answers

A common question for potential carb blocker users is "do they actually work?" If you search the internet you will find mixed results from people. But, if you look at the reviews and testimonials closely you will see that combined with a low calorie diet and used as directed, carb blockers can be highly effective. Find out if this carb blocker will work for you at CarbBlockerreports.com

People are constantly looking for the best way to lose weight. And rightfully so, considering that the majority of Americans are overweight and a large percentage are obese.

Studies have shown that starchy foods that are high in carbohydrates tend to cause weight gain. I won't get into all of the reasons why. It is not that carbs make people fat, but the foods with a high carbohydrate count are typically a reason why people get fat.

Since eating carbs usually cause weight gain, there have been many diets created that reduce or completely eliminate foods with carbohydrates in them. The Atkins diet is a good example of a such diet.

Many people are simply used to eating bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, and cereal, and find it very hard to maintain a diet that eliminates these foods from one's eating habits.

Solution = Nutrilite Carb Blocker 2.

Nutrilite Carb Blocker 2 is an option for people who are maintaining a low carb diet, but would like to eat some starchy foods without completely sabotaging their diet.

It is made with completely natural ingredients that are grown on organic farms owned by Nutrilite. Nutrilite was founded by Carl Rehnborg in 1934 and is widely regarded as a leader in vitamins and nutritional supplements.

The BIG Question = Does It Work?

In order to answer the question, "Does Nutrilite Carb Blocker 2 Work?" we must understand how carb blockers work.

When you eat foods with starch one of two things will happen. It will form into glucose and then fat, or it will be burned and pass through your system.

Carb blockers inhibit the digestive enzyme, alpha amylase, and slows down the process of converting glucose into fat. This inhibiting gives the starch more time to pass through your digestive system instead of being stored as fat which happens most often because of inactivity.

In other words, if you take a carb blocker, as directed, before a high carbohydrate meal then you may be able to block the calories that you would normally take on with that meal.

Even though Nutrilite Carb Blocker 2 blocks calories that stem from carbohydrates, it still allows your body to benefit from the vitamins, minerals, and fiber in the foods you eat.

It is a gentle way to help control calorie absorption from table sugar and starches such as breads, cereals, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, dried beans, and other carbohydrate-rich foods. Nutrilite Carb Blocker provides natural, non-stimulating carbohydrate control and helps keep you feeling fuller, longer.

If you are interested in managing your carbohydrate intake then you may want to read what actual Nutrilite Carb Blocker 2 customers are saying about their results.

@flsweetgal78: CLA 500, Slimmetry and Carb Blocker 2 are a GREAT combination. Personally, I've never used CLA 500, but have heard great things from others who have. My wife and I do regularly use Slimmetry and Carb Blocker 2 together, and lost 23 lbs over the last 7 weeks (down 7.1%)....combined with exercise and low cal diets (around 1500/day for me and 1200/day for my wife).

Hi I was wondering can I take CLA 500, Slimmetry and Carb Blocker 2 together? I just recently started taking CLA 500 and Slimmetry while being on a low carb diet, but wanted to know if I should be taking some other supplements with or instead of.

I've been on a low carb diet for 7 months. It would be nice to have a high-carb day once in a while.

@angelica-villavicencio2: For maximum effect, it's best to take Carb Blocker 2 at the beginning of a meal containing carbohydrates. It must be present in the intestine at the same time as the carbohydrates for it to work.

@angelica-villavicencio2: For best results, take 1 tablet at the beginning of a "high-carb" meal. It doesn't have to be 30 minutes before.

There is a great FAQ section at the URL below. Just click on "more info" once you get there.
