O.B. product review

Updated on February 22, 2016

I tried O.B. Here are my thoughts

I done it guys! I was scared and a little bit grossed out, but I done it. I tried O.B. for the first time. There is something about going in that area during that time that makes you squeamish. I bit the bullet and figured I would never do it again if it was bad. I was curious how they have been in business so long if it was that bad. Surely all these women buying these knew something I didn't.

I got a sample box and a coupon for another free box from O.B. just in time for my monthly visitor's arrival. So I opened the box and inspected the tampon. I wondered does it umbrella out, am I going to have problems inserting it, am I going to get my fingers nasty.

I opened one of the individually wrapped tampons and pulled the string down. I then moved the string outward in a clockwise motion. I realized you can balloon them out. I also realized I could place the tampon on the end of my finger to insert it. I tried it. It went in smoothly with no problems and my finger was fine! No mess and you always wash your hands anyways so no worries.

I noticed while inserting and wearing the tampons they go in as far as a regular tampon, but without the force the applicator causes. This and the shorter size of it caused less cramping in me then usual. I also noticed that the smaller size made it easier to hide my tampons in my pockets. It is a lot more discrete then applicator tampons are. No one will know you are on your period.

I did notice that if you normally use regular absorbency you might want to get the super in O.B. tampons. Going up one absorbency seems to me to be the perfect match to my Tampax pearl. So if your light use regular, if your regular go super, and if your super go super plus.

I did not have any problems with this product and all my fears are gone now. I would highly recommend this product to a new tampon user especially teenagers who are just getting started. Not only for the convenience and privacy of them, but the cramping factor as well.

My you Tube review on O.B.

Don't worry the size of the tampons in each absorbency is not that much different in sizes.

Best Period fixer kit!
