- use it as part of your roasted vegetable dishes
- bake it in casseroles
Note: Steaming is the preferred method of cooking cauliflower because it preserves more of the nutrients.
Cauliflower contains calcium, potassium, selenium and vitamin C. It is also low in carbohydrates and fat, and is high in folate and water content.
