How to overcome inferiority by Cognitive Behavior Therapy?
Inferiority comes when you set a standard. When you see someone or hear someone that this is “appropriate” or “desirable” This is stage one.
You think below the prescribed or decided standard is “undesirable” or “not enough”.
You put yourself on assessment or judgement taking in account.

Inferiority or Demotivation
motivation to improve
Helplessness and decline in confidence
Efforts to improve( now if these efforts give positive result then it’s a yay! But if you fail you are back to stage four demotivation)
Having understood the process, you are able to find the root cause for your inferiority, which may vary from comparison, to settinh high standards, to not knowing self better to making low efforts anything for that matter!
You know how and from where to break the chain! Acceptance is the key!
