Plant Good Thoughts
If you're trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I've had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Life is full of obstacles !! There are many types of obstacles, some come in the form of challenges while some are 'must happens'
Challenges are more related to our tasking, planning, career moves or finance ....Sometimes, our physical condition too becomes a challenge or obstacle. Meanwhile 'Must Happens' are unavoidable obstacle, relating to health or passing away of someone close.
But being 'obsessed' with all the negative events is not healthy.It is not a denying fact that facing this 'obstacle' is difficult at almost all the time, but compulsive thinking of the issue has no point.
If the hurdle has a possible solution, look into it research on it and find ways to deal with the problem or overcome the problem.

- live with it
Basically, there can be a plan to face the 'problem' . Normally I would take 1 or 2 days to think on the problem and then, push it aside (but start implementing the plan).
In the article The A's In my Life I have written about 'Acknowledgement' where we actually accept that negative exists.
Stop preoccupying our thoughts with this negative event, as we realize that it will be there, no point being obsessed over it.
Example is like having a 'Monster Boss' nothing can change the person or the situation unless they decided to change. So just acknowledge and start moving on. I did that ... I worked hard in my career but My Monster Boss did not give me an opportunity to shine. So I decided to work harder to be noticed by people from higher lands. So when there was a vacancy for promotion, I wrote directly to the Higher Land for my promotion, guess what I got my promotion.
Generate Positive Viberation
Lets start generating more positive vibrations by having 'Good Felling'.
Do you remember Robin Williams acting as Peter Pan in 'The Cook', he was not able to fly until he got hold of his 'Happy Thoughts'. In the movie, Peter was remembering his happy moment when he was holding his baby. More Positive vibrations and energy was created enabling him to fly.
Many of us just say or think that we are 'positive' but yet we do not harmonize with the positive energy.

Just imagine having a small plot of land. If it is not care for, shrubs and weeds will start growing here. They can keep growing without much care. They will grow and bred increasing their. Weeds are actually 'unwanted' plants as they do not give us any returns.
Guess what, it will soon be a dumping ground too. People will start throwing their rubbish here too. No one knows why people want to dump them here instead of the allocated dumping area.
Now, take a moment and think that this abandon land could be your little treasure called 'Brain'. Compare the similarities between your brain and the land. Leaving it unattended can welcome unwanted thoughts to set. Looking at our weakness, people will also start dumping their problems onto us.
A simple example will be, when we are too obsessed with our problems, we will tend to make more mistakes in our act or work. So some friends or colleagues may put you as their escape tool and blame you when some major problem or situation happens.
Quick Fix : I am a Gardner
I have decided to be a Gardner and plant favorable seeds like Lemons, Bassils and even some flowers too. I believe that feeling up my garden with this wonderful plants can actually turn it into a more productive plot.
Here is how I did it :
- Cleared the land as much as I can
- Planned the landscape to accommodate different plants
- Planted different seeds into allocated small plots
- Watered them and Fertilized them
- Plants started to grow and bloom. Some plants had Fruit.
Self reminders :
- If I left the land unattended after planting, the weeds can overpower our plants as the weed are more competitive.
- Some patch of weeds may grow, if not cleared timely they will start to spread.
Now ... do it to our Brain and Thoughts
- Cleared and acknowledge our thoughts
- Research on matters that can make you feel positive and happy
- Study them
- Practice them
- More positive vibrations can be felt.
Self reminders :
- Remember if you do not continue your mission .... Negative thoughts can creep in anytime
- Remember the 'patch of weeds', well we will face negative situations anytime, just acknowledge them and not allow yourself to be obsessed by them.,
- if can solve your negative situation, solve them otherwise just let them be and not be obsessed over it as they will start to spread.
Harmonizing with Positive Energy
In a series of article related to 'Plant Good Thoughts', I have explored into creating 'Happy Thoughts' or 'Happy Feelings' and put them into hubs. This should be helpful for us to harmonize with our thoughts and create more Positive Vibrations
I look into things which we already have 'in hand' or we have done or lived and forgot to take note. Just like Peter, who remembered his happy moment with his baby. Just taking some time everyday to see those wonderful things we have forgotten and never actually bothered about can create good vibrations.
I will surely keep adding on to my Mission to Plant more Positive thoughts. A few other articles I am working on .
