Positive Attitudes Make Life Better
Are You a Positive Person
The are so many things in life that just can get you feeling down and so depressed that many of us walk around with such negativity each and everyday. As hard as it might be for us we need to start thinking in a positive way no matter what life throws at us. Believe it or not positive attitudes make life better.
I know you are probably thinking, "how in the world can I keep a positive attitude with so much in my life going wrong?"
It could be that you are having financial problems and maybe not even having a job to pay your monthly bills. You may have someone close and dear to you that is having health problems and is in the hospital very sick. You may have relationship problems or problems in your family. You may be having problems with your children in school.
There are so many things in life that will indeed get you down and worried. Sometimes these problems bring your life into a negative state of mind, and I understand that because I am not any different. I too have had and still have problems in my life, but what I have learned (after quitting drinking) that there is nothing in life that can't be resolved one way or another.
The thing is that you have to keep your chin up and continue to think positive no matter what is going on in your life. Thinking negative will only make matters worse for you and you will never be able to try and find a way to correct those problems living and thinking in a negative way.
Granted, health problems in a family, or someone that is very sick, is up to our Doctors and nurses and our God to make that situation become better, but still, thinking positive that the person that is sick will get better often helps, and the power of prayer is such a powerful tool and should be used everyday of your life!
HERE IS AN EXAMPLE:
How do you think things would work out if you just said to yourself," that is a shame that he/she is sick." I don't think he/she will ever get better and isn't going to be here with us too much longer. Or, telling that person, "man you are really messed up and I don't think you will make it or get better, so lets face the facts." That is truly negativity going on in your mind, and talking that way the person that is sick in bed will just give up any hope that they had to get better. If you think I am making that up, I'm not. I have heard statements from people I know saying those exact words. Sad, but true!
But, imagine thinking with the same circumstances going on and your thinking in a positive way and having a positive attitude saying, "I know he/she is very sick, but I truly believe he/she will get better real soon." Hang in there, everything will be just fine and yo are going to get better. This is the way everyone should think and act and your life just might get better.
Thinking positive and telling that someone that is lying in bed so sick that they will get better soon makes you and that person have a bit of brightness and hope in your and their life, and even if it is true that they may die, at least while you are both together the thoughts of getting better are positive thoughts and it will make that someone that is sick feel as if they will be okay even if it is for a short time until the pass.
How to Have a Positive Life
Feeling Better Inside When Thinking Positive
Thinking and having a positive attitude in life can help with the overall feeling inside you. You will have the feeling of happiness and contentment by thinking this way. You have to learn that no matter what is going on in your life, and others lives, there has to be some sort of solution, and you just may find it when your mind is set in a positive way.
I realize that positive thinking doesn't fix everything in life, but it sure helps you to feel a little better with your own life rather than walking around down in the dumps and having many negative thoughts running through your head. Get the word negativity out of your vocabulary and start thinking with a positive attitude. You will be surprised how thinking this way will change your out look on life in general.
