Premature graying- remedies
Premature graying of hair is a problem which makes you feel depressed and miserable. What makes your hair gray at a young age? Curry leaves are very good for darkening your hair .Take a bunch of curry leaves and add it to 100 grams of pure coconut oil. Pour it in a pan and keep the fire on the low. Keep stirring and remove from fire when the spluttering ceases. Cool and store in an airtight bottle and use it regularly. Curry leaves is a magic remedy for your hair related problems.
Make a paste of curry leaves and Indian gooseberry and add it 100 grams of oil and prepare it as you did for curry leaves oil. Take an iron pan and pour the prepared oil into it and leave it overnight. The mixture would have turned dark and now apply the oil in your hair and watch your hair regaining its health and sheen.

It is not enough if you apply oil regularly. You should also eat healthy because like your body, your hair also needs the necessary nutrients to keep it bouncy and full of life. You should add curry leaves in your diet on a regular basis to get its full benefit. Make curry leaves chutney and have it with bread or rice. It is very easy to make and you will get used to its taste.

1.Curry leaves- a small bunch
2. Tomato- 1
4. Salt- to taste.
5. Oil- 1 teaspoon
1. Heat oil and add onion
3. Add curry leaves and salt
4.Make a smooth paste and use it as a spread for bread, chappathis or even as a side dish for curd rice.
Mental stress also adds to the speeding of graying and so you should learn to lead a stress free life. Be regular in care for your hair and lead a healthy and this leads to your hair being strong and healthy. If you stop treating your hair in frustration as you did not see immediate results, you will not be able to see any improvement in your hair related problems.
