The Healer Within

Updated on November 8, 2011

Are you one of the many persons out there suffering from a disease or sickness? This may be good for you! Well, even if you are not, the better for you to read on!

Health is everybody's concern. No matter how rich you are but if you are sick, you can never be happy. Diseases are already rising, one is even lucky if his doctor can identify the kind of disease he has.

Do you know that you can be DISEASE FREE in just 30 days? Not possible? Yes, it is! According to Dr. Rodney Rey, from the US National Cancer Institute, the Mystery of Disease is already solved.

Allow me to share it to you.

But first, let's go back to the basic question, why do we really get sick? Let's take a look at the mystery of Disease.

In a study conducted by the US National Cancer Institute, they were able to come up with the Disease Myth Triangle. It identifies that the source of diseases, the Environment and the Diet. But our diet and the environment are interrelated because if you think about Diet and Food, our environment has something to do with it and vice versa, as illustrated below.

Based on this disease triangle, they were able to identify the Major Factors causing diseases.

The cause of diseases can be identified among these 4 factors: air and water pollution, smoking, pesticides, food additives and preservatives. I know these sources are already very familiar to us but allow to expound a little.

  • Air and Water pollution

We cannot deny that air and water are essential to life. But we need clean air and clean water. Unfortunately, our air and water are already polluted. With the emergence of factories, more vehicles running along our roads, residential areas.... Imagine the chemicals revolving around the air and water, not to mention the garbage floating in our rivers and different waterforms. The question is can we avoid it? Try holding your breath for several minutes and see what happens. As for water, we focus our attention to drinking purified or bottled water. Yes, it is safe because it has been devoid of bacteria, so you will not get waterbourne diseases. But the PH level is so low, it increases acidity in the blood that is traced to be common to persons having diseases.

  • Smoking

Well, everybody knows smoking is not good to anybody's health. If you smoke, you can develop lung and respiratory problems in the future. And if you're not smoking, you're not safe either because second hand smoking is even more dangerous, you get to inhale the smoke emitted by the smoker. Smoker or not, there is no way out.

  • Pesticides and Chemicals

These come from chemicals sprayed on our fruits and vegetables, carpet cleaners or basically most household products. Most of these chemicals, we eat or smell everyday.

More people are already aware that eating meat is not advisable to every meal of every day. To people who know this, they divert to fruits and vegetables. Good for them. But do they know the sources? Were they not sprayed with chemicals while on the process of growing? Do we realize that when we go to the supermarket or do grocery, we usually look for the fresh ones, those without any spot or rotting parts? Without even realizing that they are so beautiful because insects and bugs cannot go near it as it was abundantly sprayed with chemicals? It could also be that, modern farming methods, because of chemicals, have destroyed the minerals present in our soil. These are very common things that we usually miss.

  • Food Additives and Preservatives

Once again, they are on the food we eat. Added to our food to enhance its flavor or to preserve it so it can be eaten at a later time but not necessarily nutritional. These are present on canned foods and instant foods. These are the chemicals added whose names we are not so familiar with and could not even pronounce. Though taken in small amounts, imagine its effects if taken over a long period of time.
There are two factors why we cannot avoid eating these things: 1) Budget wise, they are affordable; 2) Preparation wise, it does not cost most of our time. We just fry it or boil some water and is ready to eat. Most people in a hurry take refuge in these foods.

Now do we still wonder why we get sick?

  • Attention Deficit Disorders
  • Cancer
  • Heart Disease
  • Cataract
  • Stroke
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Kidney and Liver Disorders
  • Aging Process,
  • Angina
  • Alzheimer's Disease
  • Prostate swelling and many more....

More than 80 DISEASES will emerge

  • Allergies
  • Asthma
  • Hay Fever
  • Arthritis
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Diabetes
  • Diabetes Retinitis
  • Acne
  • Inflammed bowel
  • Capilliary Deterioration
  • Varicose Veins
  • Hemorrhoids

Through a 3 Step Supplement Program we can incorporate in our daily diet...We need not do extraordinary measures. Just add the 3 components in the food that we eat. If you don't have a disease, you can do this for prevention. If you have a sickness, you can try this in 30 days and see what happens.

There are only three things needed to obtain optimal health: Powerful antioxidant, Digestive Enzymes and Minerals.

These are molecules capable of inhibiting the oxidation of other molecules. The Oxidation process produces free radicals that can damage the cells. The human body is composed tissues and organs. Tissues and organs are composed of cells. When the cells are damaged, it can cause individual cell death and if sufficient numbers of cells are lost, the result can be tissue or organ failure. For example, pancreas failure can lead to pancreatitis and the most common disease, DIABETES.

So the body has to be protected by taking a very POWERFUL ANTIOXIDANT to offset free radical damage. There are several antioxidants but the most powerful antioxidant is PROANTHOCYANIDIN, these are bioflavanoids which can be easily absorbed by the body. Its power is said to be 20x more potent than vitamin C and 50x more potent than vitamin C.

The most common food sources of proanthocyanidin are pine bark, grape seeds, and the skin of grapes. These flavonoids can also be found in other plants such as the bilberry, the cranberry, the black currant, as well as in green tea and black tea in significant amounts.

Know more about proanthocyanidin and its common food sources.

You may opt to purchase oil extracts in capsule form to rid yourself with the hassle of purchasing fresh fruits everyday..

These enzymes break down substances into smaller building blocks for proper absorption of the nutrients required for our body's function. The common sources of digestive enzymes are raw fruits, vegetables and meat. However, most of these enzymes are destroyed during the heating process. Though our body produces different enzymes that acts on different types of food, but because of poor diet, our body can no longer produce these enzymes. So it is advisable to take on digestive enzyme supplements.

Most of us have been told by our mothers, as advised by doctors to drink vitamins and minerals daily. Sometimes, we can't even distinguish vitamins from minerals. Though minerals consist only a small portion of our body's mass, the lack of even one mineral can lead to diseases and most of the diseases have been traced to mineral deficiency.

Minerals are classified into two:

  • Macro minerals (calcium, magnesium, chloride, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, sulfur) and
  • Micro minerals, also known as trace elements ( examples are iron, zinc, copper, selenium, iodine, flourine, chromium, manganese, molybdenum )

Sources of these minerals can include fruits, vegetables, meat and water.

To know more about minerals, their functions and their sources, kindly refer to the table below.

Macrominerals (source: healthwise)

Important for healthy bones and teeth; helps muscles relax and contract; important in nerve functioning, blood clotting, blood pressure regulation, immune system health
Milk and milk products; canned fish with bones (salmon, sardines); fortified tofu and fortified soy milk; greens (broccoli, mustard greens); legumes
Found in bones; needed for making protein, muscle contraction, nerve transmission, immune system health
Nuts and seeds; legumes; leafy, green vegetables; seafood; chocolate; artichokes; "hard" drinking water
Needed for proper fluid balance, stomach acid
Table salt, soy sauce; large amounts in processed foods; small amounts in milk, meats, breads, and vegetables
Important for healthy bones and teeth; found in every cell; part of the system that maintains acid-base balance
Meat, fish, poultry, eggs, milk, processed foods (including soda pop)
Needed for proper fluid balance, nerve transmission, and muscle contraction
Meats, milk, fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes
Needed for proper fluid balance, nerve transmission, and muscle contraction
Table salt, soy sauce; large amounts in processed foods; small amounts in milk, breads, vegetables, and unprocessed meats
Found in protein molecules
Occurs in foods as part of protein: meats, poultry, fish, eggs, milk, legumes, nuts

Microminerals or Trace Minerals (source: healthwise)

Part of a molecule (hemoglobin) found in red blood cells that carries oxygen in the body; needed for energy metabolism
Organ meats; red meats; fish; poultry; shellfish (especially clams); egg yolks; legumes; dried fruits; dark, leafy greens; iron-enriched breads and cereals; and fortified cereals
Part of many enzymes; needed for making protein and genetic material; has a function in taste perception, wound healing, normal fetal development, production of sperm, normal growth and sexual maturation, immune system health
Meats, fish, poultry, leavened whole grains, vegetables
Part of many enzymes; needed for iron metabolism
Legumes, nuts and seeds, whole grains, organ meats, drinking water
Meats, seafood, grains
Found in thyroid hormone, which helps regulate growth, development, and metabolism
Seafood, foods grown in iodine-rich soil, iodized salt, bread, dairy products
Involved in formation of bones and teeth; helps prevent tooth decay
Drinking water (either fluoridated or naturally containing fluoride), fish, and most teas
Works closely with insulin to regulate blood sugar (glucose) levels
Unrefined foods, especially liver, brewer's yeast, whole grains, nuts, cheeses
Part of many enzymes
Widespread in foods, especially plant foods
Part of some enzymes
Legumes; breads and grains; leafy greens; leafy, green vegetables; milk; liver

Not everybody has the luxury of time to prepare the foods that are rich in minerals so you may opt to take supplements in tablet or capsule form. I know it may be costly for you to take a capsule of each of the minerals so i suggest you take a supplement that contains multivitamins and multiminerals.

Another source of minerals is water. Water is widely accepted as one of the most important considerations when creating a healthy lifestyle. Water comprises between 50-70% of an adults's body (up to 90lbs in a 130lb adult) - and when water is taken out of our diet, our survival time is 2-3 days at best so we have to make sure we are always well hydrated.

Water with minerals are alkaline water, which have high pH (hydrogen ion concentration). These are good drinking water since it helps to neutralise acids and remove toxins from the body - it is a great cleanser and helps to detoxify our system.

Most people who do not know this are drinking purified water. Purified water, from the word itself, have been purified or freed from impurities like bacteria. However, on the process of purification, the minerals in the water were removed, making the water acidic. Acidic water have very low pH, and these are not good for people suffering from diseases. Later on i will show you in another hub how to determine if the water you are drinking is acidic or alkaline.

There are alkaline water available in the market. If you can't find one, there are also products like drops or tablets you can add to your water to make it alkaline. Sources of these drops are from the Great Salt Lake in Utah or from the Dead Sea, which are both very rich in minerals.

Why Natural Supplements?

Because our body has the MOST POWERFUL IMMUNE SYSTEM that has the ability to heal itself given the proper nutrients.

Just imagine if you are constructing a big building. You need to provide it with high quality materials in order for it to be strong. If you are going to use substandard materials, do you think it will not collapse? The same is true with our body. We need to feed it with the proper nutrients in order to function well. If our food is not enough, then we can take supplements.

I know that you are going to ask for it...Please watch the video below for the proof that the above supplements really work.

Now you know the secrets to good health. Just would like to add a few...Exercise, drink plenty of water, be happy and always take on a very positive attitude.

I hope you have learned something!
