CONS: Expensive

Optimum Serious Mass

Serious Mass has 50 grams of protein in each serving. Serious Mass contains all the vitamins and minerals you will need: with over 11 vitamins, and 15 minerals. As well as whey, casein and egg protein. Serious Mass has approximately 250 grams of carbohydrates, providing you the fuel you need for an intense workout. This will aid in replenishing your body's glycogen levels. Best of all serious mass is sugar free.

Serious Mass Vs Pro Complex Mass Gainer

Serious Mass will be packed with more carbohydrate. Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex will be pack with more essential protein. Pro Complex has more vitamins and minerals necessary for speedy recovery, especially by those working out more than 4 times a week. Most athletes who took Pro Complex and Serious Mass will claim that Pro Complex has given them a greater recovery time. Also, they claim to have had greater muscle gains in a shorter period of time. This definitely gives Pro Complex an advantage over Serious mass.

I've tried both of these supplements. I would say that Pro Complex is worth the couple extra dollars. Compared to Serious Mass, I recovered faster after an intense workout, and had greater muscle gains using Pro Complex.
