Quick and Easy Tips to Burning Fat for Fast Weight Loss

Burning fat is not “Blue-Monkey-Rocket-Science” but you have to take it up a notch in your life to get rid of our menacing love handles. Burning fat is easier than you think if you make certain life changing habits and eat to live instead of living to eat. Your body needs more activity and fewer calories to get rid of unwanted pounds. The body is very smart about storing fat and you cannot out smart it for very long before it figures out news ways of storing fat.

Burning Fat To Lose Weight Fast Is Easy If You Have Discipline

Take for example a gastric bypass surgery patient – They have what is called a “honeymoon period” which is the eight-teen months post surgery in which to lose their weight. After that the body figures out how to store fat in a new way and the pounds will start coming back if they are not careful. The body and mind have some really great natural software that adapts to whatever situation is thrown at it. The people in concentration camps during World War II lived off one teaspoon of porridge a day and their bodies adapted to this small dietary intake as best as they  could.

The best way to keep burning fat and staying at your target weight is to change your diet and exercise about every year to year and a half – to keep your body from figuring out how to start storing that fat again. Change is good as long as it is healthy. Just always remember to keep your caloric intake down to less than what you are burning to lose weight.

Huge amounts of filtered drinking water, fresh veggies, and fruit with very little or no beef in your diet is the first steps to burning fat. Actually we have gone to a completely raw vegetable situation in our household – you just wash it, cut it up and enjoy. You reap more minerals and vitamins plus it gives your body the much-needed roughage it requires to keep your digestive system performing optimally. Stay completely away from pre-cooked foods and processed meats and cheeses. They are angelic to the pallet and olfactory senses but are the enemy to our waistlines.

If you find it hard to eat foods that are less than flavorful to help in your fat burning vocation then use hot sauces, and fresh peppers like jalapeños, Serrano, and habanero to liven up the taste and they will also aide in burning calories internally. . Use onions, and garlic as well they are good for you and will give any dish a kick in the seat of the taste pants. Cayenne pepper is a good alternative to adding flavor and just as the other peepers it will help you melt off the pounds. They actually sell cayenne capsules in the healthy living section of our local grocery store for dieting.
Last but not least – physical activity is a must and I personally know when you are in a situation where you are morbidly obese the last thing you want to do is be seen in public exercising and being judged by all “perfect earth persons” that do not have a weight problem. Either ignore them or set the thermostat to 80-85 degrees and buy a treadmill and literally power-walk your buttocks off. At least one hour preferably two hours a day should be budgeted for exercise of some sort.

Swimming and Motocross are the most physically intense sports that burn the most calories. If you are able to do either I highly suggest it to help keep you at your goal weight and burning fat off those bones.

      Hi Jon, great advice. While you're add it, nothing burns fat like muscle. Muscle keeps your body burning fat long after your work-out is over. It truly is a "metabolism speeder."

      I have noticed that even though I use light weights with my in-home walking videos, that without fatiguing my muscles, I am really not accomplishing very much. It is only when I started doing this that the inches started coming off.

      Excellent article showing a very real problem area for most people. I like to use the Pilates work out along with Denise Austin’s walking CD. Makes for great cross training and that is what revs up the ole metabolism!
