I love honey! I found my favorite honey ever in the northern tip of Peru--wild honey made from the pollen of carob trees. It was almost black and so delicious. We often use honey for irritated throats or as an addition to face masks. Very informative Hub. Thanks!

I learned something new today. I didn't know it was so helpful in regulating sugar and as an antiseptic. This is great since I love honey. Thank you for the share.
