Reduce Body Fat or Obesity Fast By few Steps!

What are fats basically?

Fats are chemical compounds which are generally soluble in organic solvents and insoluble in water. Fats in the body are in the form of Adipose tissue. Fats are not at all bad, but excess of fat may cause various diseases or ill effect to the body. The diseases which are included are Heart diseases and hardening of the arteries also known as High or Low Blood pressure. Follow the diet pyramid carefully.

Follow The Below Steps In order to Reduce Harmful Fats From Your Body:


#Step 1: In the Morning

  • This is the most important step as soon as you get up in the morning.
  • This includes taking a glass full of water along with honey.
  • In order to take it, take a glass of water and Luke warm it then take a table spoon amount of honey and mix it well with the Luke warm water.
  • Take such a glass of water every morning each day in order to reduce most of your body fats.
  • Now as you have done the most important part of the first step now if possible try to do the following instruction.
  • Do some amount of yoga.
  • Or if possible do some amount of easy exercises, this will help you to reduce to the maxmum level within a small period of time.

#Step 2:

  • Now after doing some amount of exercise you might be hungry, so in order to reduce your appetite just eat few biscuits SLOWLY.
  • And keep in mind not to eat too much biscuits as you want to reduce weight.
  • The type of biscuits you eat also matters
  • The biscuits you must prefer should include whole wheat biscuits and not of MAIDA.


#Step 3: In the afternoon

  • Now as you continue with your daily routine works, see to it that you do not do much of the sitting work.
  • Try to move from your place as this will keep you active and even help you to reduce your fat.
  • After you have done it try to include food in your lunch which will nourish your mind and will also provide fuel to get more energy.
  • Try to avoid foods Which contain more amount of Saturated fat.
  • In order to find whether the particular product which you are eating contains saturated fat or no, check the nutritional facts which are present behind the packet.


#Step 4: Avoid Salt.....

  • Now as you are heading for eating your food you must see to it that your food does contain more amount of NaCl (Sodium chloride) ie; common salt.
  • Try to avoid more amount of salt, as it will cause your body to retain more amount of water which is very harmful.


#Step 5: Eating Habits....

  • The eating habits of your's can also be a reason for you to put on weight.
  • But this can be avoided by taking the proper method for eating.
  • In order to it first of all divide the complete diet of your's into 5 portions.
  • This means eat your meal in portion and not at once.
  • Human brains require a minimum of 20 minutes to understand that the stomach is full
  • So see to it that while eating food you take your first bite with spoon and after taking that lump into your mouth you leave your spoon.
  • Then start munching your food properly before swallowing it.
  • Once you have swallowed that lump, now pick up your spoon and move on for your second bite.
  • I know that this procedure of eating takes time but surely this will make you feel satisfied and due to this you will consume less and consequently you will become slim and trim.


#Step 6: Water....

  • Now I know you might be thinking about drinkable's.
  • It is important that you make water as your first choice.
  • Water is said to have no calories, hence it will help you to reduce your daily calorie intake.
  • Also water will help you to keep you healthy as will help the cells of your body to expand to its maximum level to enhance their full functionality.
  • Most of the people say to have at-least 2 liters of water daily, but I will suggest you to have at-least a minimum of three liters of water daily.

#Step 7: Sleeping time:

  • Now as you have completed your daily routine you have reached the time of sleeping.
  • While having dinner you must see to it that you are using the same method of eating as you have used while having your lunch.
  • You should also take care that you are not having more amount of food at night compared to morning.

      I drink 16 oz. (two 8oz. cups) of water BEFORE every meal to cut down desire to eat. Then I eat most at breakfast, less at lunch and smallest at supper. I also eat the same meals every day so as not to stray off of my daily "meal diet".

      Its not about how much limiting water you should drink it is about drinking minimum of two to three litres of water. And try to follow the eating habit mentioned above as it is the main ingredient and concrete fact which will help you to reduce weight. And do your normal swimming and after swimming try not to eat much more than sufficient.....
