  • 2 pieces Cucumber, pieces
  • 1 no. Apple, pieces
  • 2 small pieces Beet Root, pieces
  • 3 no. Plum, chopped
  • 6-7 no. Small Black Berry, chopped
  • 1 no. Orange Juice, Fresh Juice
  • 1 spoon Sugar, optional
  • Half tea spoon Black Salt, optional
  • 1 small cup Water
  • 1 no. Orange, fresh juice
  • 10-12 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Lemon Lime Juice, Fresh Lemon Juice

  1. Peel tomato & cucumber. wash & cut it in big pieces.
  2. Cut other Fruits Apple, Plum, Black Berry. Add fresh orange juice. Peeling is not required for apple, Plum & black berry.
  3. Add small piece of beet root.
  4. Put some mint Leaves & blend all in the mixture.
  5. Add some Salt & Sugar(Optional). Put some lemon juice.
  6. It is very thick consistency juice.Add some water.
  7. Blend it again & your high energy Juice is ready.
