Why Reiki Courses are gaining Popularity?

One of the reasons Reiki Courses are gaining popularity in Mumbai and in fact all over the world is that traditional medical care is becoming more and more costly day by day. And on the other hand alternative techniques like Reiki allows you to become and stay healthy without any side effects and to top it all it does not cost you anything to practice them.

Second reason is that when you learn Reiki and use Reiki to treat yourself or others you do not need to find the cause of your illness because Reiki energy brings a balance of energy where ever it is needed on its own. This is good news because in many cases even trained medical professionals are not able to pin point the cause of illness or take a lot of time to find the real cause of illness to begin any meaningful treatment.

Thirdly in Reiki you do not need to use any instrument or memorize the names of illnesses, symptoms, medicines, etc. You do not need years of training to learn Reiki. Reiki is so simple and so natural that you can learn to heal with Reiki in just 1 day.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese word coined by a Buddhist Monk named Mikao Usui in 1922. While meditating for 21 days on a mountain he was attuned to Reiki energy. He started laying his hands on people and they were healed. He started explaining how the Reiki energy flows through the body and energizes all the body parts that are low in energy.

Over a period he started teaching people what he had discovered. Reiki courses are now available all over the world. The first Reiki course teaches hands on healing. In the second degree course the student learn how to heal without touching at mental and emotional level. In the third level you learn spiritual healing. Those who want to help others can also become a Reiki Master after completing all the 3 levels.

Reiki second degree course is known as Okuden in Japanese, which means 'inner teachings'. To be able to learn this level you must complete Reiki level 1 course and complete 21 days of practice on your self and others. Most Reiki Masters will teach you Reiki level 2 only when you have done enough practice and benefited from what you learnt in Reiki first degree course.

Reiki second degree course teaches you to treat people at a distance. You can also heal situations and events by visualizing them and applying the Reiki sybmols on them at the energetic level where things are created first. You can visualize people, events and situations and see how the Reiki symbols transform them in front of your eyes.

There are as many uses of Reiki as you can imagine. You can heal and energize people, plants, animals, places, things and intetions. All this is possible once you are attuned to Reiki 2nd degree symbols. The attunement process is the heart of the course. This is when the power of the symbols is passed on to you by your Reiki Master.

Upon successful completion you will get your Reiki Level 2 manual and cirtificate. What is most valuable is the ongoing guidance of your Reiki Master.

About Reiki Attunements

Reiki attunement is the process by which the power of Reiki energy is passed to the student by the Reiki Master. This is done by opening the 7 chakras on the spine and the chakras on your palms with the help of Reiki symbols. Once the chakras are opened the student is able to turn on and turn off the increased flow of Reiki energy by following the steps taught by your Reiki Master.

The more you practice the the stronger is the flow of Reiki energy. Once you are attuned to one level you do not need additional attunements. All you need to do is practice, practice and practice more. However if you wish you can take additional attunemtents at the same level. There is no harm in doing a refresher course. But if you have not done all the levels it is better to take a higher level of attunement rather than taking attunement at the same level.

How Reiki Brings Positive Changes in Your Life

Practicing Reiki and reciting the Reiki Principles in the morning can change your attitude towards life. It brings a huge smile on your face. What ever happens during the day you feel gratitude for every opportunity that comes your way.

Daily practice of Reiki gives you the ability for inner reflecting that brings magical changes in your life. Your self awareness allows you to let negative thoughts and emotions pass without reacting to them making you more and more positive with the passing of each day.

Since the day I tood the Reiki course I chose the Reiki attitude. It has made me more open to the joy and peace of mind that is just round the corner. I am aware of my thoughts. What ever comes my way I accept the positive and let go of the negative. My focus on the positive thoughts, my thankful attitude give me new actions, new thoughts and new behaviors.

I go with the flow. I feel much less stress. I do not worry. I am in action almost all the time, marching towards my goals. I respect everyone and try to be helpful to everyone around. I encourage everyone to learn Reiki. I am thankful to my Reiki Masters for their ongoing support and coaching in applying what I learnt during my Reiki courses in my life.
