Review of BPI BCAA

I have been following this 90 day program and I noticed after a few weeks that I have been getting very sore the next day or two following my workouts. I was looking for a way that could help me recover faster. I had done cool downs after my workouts along with stretching which helped but didn't make a huge difference overall. So I did a bit of research and found out that BCAA can help me recover faster after each workout and cut down on soreness. Also BCAA can increase muscle growth with time. As I was comparing different brands I wanted to find a product which had the right amino acids in a healthy safe dosage. When comparing BPI to other brands like Optimum Nutrition's BCAA capsules the dosage would have me taking many capsule each day. With BPI it's quick and simple, just a scoop of powder and mix that with water. Since taking BPI BCAA for a few weeks I have noticed big improvements on soreness the days following my workouts. I've also noticed less fatigue during my workout as well. I would recommend this to anyone who workouts hard and is looking for a way to limit soreness time to get back in the gym faster. On a side note I personally really enjoy the blue raspberry flavor.
