Scientific Way To Lose Weght

This scientific way to lose weight was developed by Amy Lee M.D. that requires no diet but she gives diet tips. I got the information from a video ad that does not tell how long it is and has no controls on it. I call it a long video but she calls a brief video to get people to watch it.

They probably determined that this is the most effective way to sell it. Actually you can make your own product but it will cost you $300. That is what she says but items from different sources cost different amounts and have different qualities. She sells it for $49 for a monthly supply and offers quantity discounts.

Being overweight is a health problem. My mother and I would stay thin no matter how much we ate. Since I know a lot about this subject, it will probably help most people. From reading reviews on similar products it will not help everyone but you need to try it to see but they offer a money back guarantee. Here is what it says about Tsz Ying (Amy) Lee M.D. who created the product:

Dr. Lee has board certifications in internal medicine, physician nutrition and obesity medicine specialty. She practices internal medicine with a heavy emphasis on nutrition, wellness and weight management. Her Clinical nutrition fellowship training at UCLA has allowed her to incorporate realistic lifestyle modification in all her medicine patients. Besides practicing, she is the team physician for local boutique exercise facilities.

She educates in the community via corporate wellness, weekend seminars and health & nutrition conferences. Dr. Lee serves as a primary care internist, as well as a specialist in nutrition and medical weight loss in Los Angeles. Her goal is to standardize a diet plan that is evidence based through educating her patients and providing an individual plan that works at a personal level.

First I will explain how it works and give her diet tips at the end. First preservatives that help food to not go bad hinder the digestion of the food. So she offers digestive enzymes tat help the body to digest the food properly. I do know that it is very difficult to get overweight eating raw foods so this supplement makes it more like eating raw foods. It contains amylase, bromelain and lipase. See Benefits of Eating a Raw Food Diet.

Note that the job or purpose of all her stuff is to get you to buy the product. My article is to help you out. Then there is a bad bacteria that grows in the colon called candida albicans. I have read a couple of books on it. A certain amount of it is normal. When there is an overgrowth of it, it can create very serious problems.

I know a woman where it got so overgrown that she would yell at her kids for no reason and then cry because she did that. So the best way to deal with this is to eat good bacteria that is known as probiotics. Some causes of the overgrowth are antibiotics and birth control pills.

I will give you one of her diet tips now since it deals with this subject. She say that many of the yogurts have the probiotics in them killed from heating so it does you no good. Then many of them contain sugar or even worse high fructose corn syrup. So they are marketed as something healthy but are terrible for your health.

So her product or her company's product contains probiotics like L. acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. plantarum, B. lactis and B. animalis. Many health food experts talk about the importance of taking probiotics for general health. I have an article on a drink that has this. Read Health Benefits of Kumbucha Tea. This is becoming more popular around the country with it sold in food stores and places like taverns that serve this instead of hard alcohol. This has a tiny bit of alcohol in it.

This product also contains an extract of EGCG that is in green tea. This extract helps you lose weight by boosting your metabolism and doing other things to benefit your health. Remember being overweight is a health problem. I suggest that people drink green tea and yerba mate tea daily for heath and weight loss. It is better to drink this than water. Why? Since both these teas are more than 95% water you also get the benefits of water. By definition water is a tasteless substance so why drink it when you can drink something like tea that is sweetened with stevia that is good for you. That is why people in China drink tea, not water. Even in Great Britain they drink tea.

See 17 Health Benefits of Green Tea to see why you should drink it. Also see Health Benefits of Yerba Mate Tea. This is loved and drank in South America. and it is the national drink of Argentina. Do not ask me which is better. It is like asking which hemisphere of the brain is better. They do different things but all good things.

Also read about this herbal sweetener that is good for your health. I have been using it for over 2 decades. Japan has the longest living people since they are all interested in heath. They have been sweetening soft drinks with stevia for over 40 years. See Health Benefits of Stevia Herbal Sweetener.

I have saved the best one for last. This is something that I had never heard of and usually I hear of things before anyone else. The product uses a plant to make you feel fuller so you eat less. This is good for emotional eaters. It is called Caralluma Fimbriata. Caralluma Fimbriata Review says:

It’s been called one of the best weight loss tools of the year. It’s currently being praised as a powerful appetite suppressant, and it helps dieters eat less without experiencing hunger pangs or mood swings.

Caralluma fimbriata is a cactus-like plant that grows naturally in India, the Middle East, and North Africa.

Caralluma fimbriata encourages healthy, natural weight loss by suppressing the brain’s appetite.

By targeting both of these fat-producing enzymes, Caralluma fimbriata does two things:

— It Reduces Fat Storage And Fat Production Within The Body
— It Encourages Your Body To Start Burning Its Own Fat Reserves

So that is why this may be the best, healthy and natural way to lose weight. It combines 4 different tings that are important to health and weight loss. Now the page of the ad video says that there is a 60 day money-back guarantee and it say to get your money back you should call them but it has no phone number. From the contact page of the company (not available at end of video) it says "888-679-5520, Mon-Fri 5AM to 7PM PST, Sat & Sun 6AM to 4:30PM PST." The home page of Nucific is

Here are diet tips that she gives on the video. You have to read the ingredients. So the whole wheat breads can have very unhealthy and fattening things in them like high fructose corn syrup. The cereal bars can also have things like high fructose corn syrup. So these items are marketed as healthy but can be very unhealthy. Also yogurt is made from cow's milk. They impregnate the cow and take the baby away and give you the milk meant for the baby. How would you like it if that was done to you or your sister? The doctor does not say that, that is my addition.

She also talks about olestra.

Olestra (also known by its brand name Olean) is a fat substitute that adds no fat, calories, or cholesterol to products. It has been used in the preparation of otherwise high-fat foods such as potato chips, thereby lowering or eliminating their fat content.

It is banned in United Kingdom, Canada and China. So the video has good information, if you have the time to watch it. It may be over an hour long.

Caralluma Fimbriata for weight loss, losing weight or to lose weight. With Dr. Richard Goldfarb.
