By showing gratitude and feeling it, you will attract more things to be gracious about.

How to Manifest the Life You Want

How wonderful is the feeling of relief! The feeling of true bliss and happiness! Can you say confidently that you are truly happy and enjoying life? If not, let’s change that today. As long as you believe and trust me, I promise to have you seeing positive results in your life. Of course this change first starts from within. You need to be ready and willing to receive the information that I am giving to you. I am the giver and you are the receiver. 90% of American do not know how to properly receive, even something as small as a compliment. So read, accept, let be and feel grateful often. I want to help you reach your goals and live a life full of satisfaction and abundance in all aspects. We are now in a goal-achieving, prosperous and healthy relationship. Receive and believe the fact that I want to and will help you.

For starters, the Law of Attraction is very real; understand that fact and digest it. Just as there are Laws of Gravity and electricity that we do not understand, there are laws and rules to life. If the entire world understood the Law of Attraction, everyone would be living a good life. My goal is to get as many people on board with this as possible; there is enough success to go around. Starting from within, recognize all the things you complain about, all the situations you regret, and all the self limiting thoughts you allow your mind to entertain. This is all generating negative energy, negative frequency, or negative vibes that you are putting out into the universe. You are letting the universe know that these negative situations are what you like to attract. By not focusing on the positive and everything you are grateful for, you block your ability to receive anything that will make you feel gracious, happy, peaceful and confident. Learn to recognize the way negative energy makes you feel. Don't stay there long. Replace the complaints with statements of gratitude. Appreciate all of your experiences, all of your trails, the breakfast you ate this morning and the old car that's taking you from point A to point B. By releasing this positive energy into the universe you are sending the message that you want to receive more things to be thankful for. You might think I'm just trying to uplift you or inspire you to be positive. Yes, that's a motive but I want you to understand the Law of Attraction. You are responsible for your "bad luck" if that's what you want to call it. By waking up in a grumpy mood, letting one bad turn dictate how your day goes and getting just because attitudes attracts negative happenings. Instead, think of all the things you are grateful for and say thank you every opportunity you get. By showing gratitude and feeling it, you will attract more things to be gracious about.

The saying, "have faith as small as a mustard seed" yea that has to go.

Ask, Believe and Receive

Once you get in the habit of maintaining a genuinely positive attitude, you then set your goal and declare it. Whatever you desire will be yours. But in order for you to manifest whatever it may be, you need to learn how to receive. Be willing to accept the things you want to accept and recognize the opportunities that come your way. Stop saying "Oh, no I'm fine. I can do it myself.” when someone offers you help. If you know you could really use it, take it! There's nothing wrong with receiving. There has to be a balance between your giving and receiving. Now that you know how to receive, the universe will give you what you asked for, as long as you believe it is possible. The saying, "have faith as small as a mustard seed" yea that has to go. Your faith should be to maximum when it comes to believing your goal is possible. If you do not believe, you will not work as hard to get to the first step and thus you will not receive. The universe will give to us once we ask, and believe.

The things we ask for will not be given to us immediately, but be thankful for the time delay. This gives us time to reconsider our thoughts and revise our goals. Once you know you want something and you set your heart and mind on it, trust that it will happen for you. For starters, choose a goal that will blow your mind once it’s achieved. It has to be something realistic and it has to be something you believe and feel will be done. Let’s say you want to make $1million dollars this day next year. You feel this is possible and you want it so badly. The next step is to not worry about how this will happen or feel any doubt. Do not place any limitations on yourself; you are possible of all things. As long as you trust it will happen, the universe will align itself to open doors and opportunities for you to reach this goal. Pay attention to your new ideas; they may not be by accident. Act on your ideas if it something that can help you reach your goal. The key to remember is time waits for no one. When you feel the urge to do something, or when you get the opportunity that can be beneficial act on it right away. Respect the tug inside and stop ignoring your intuition.

It's not about finding yourself; there is no black board in the sky telling you what your purpose is.

I know someone is probably confused right now because I keep referencing the universe but I haven't mentioned God. The universe is composed of energy. There is energy in every single thing, including us of course. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, we cannot see it but we can feel it and know it’s there. This is the same definition for God. I believe God is everything; God is the Universe and all things in it. We were made in God's image meaning we too have the power of energy. We can transfer it, send out frequencies just from our thoughts, and we have the ability to attract the things we desire and create our own world; just as energy has created this one.

So I've given you the basics for the Law of Attraction, you've received the information and now its up to you to decide what you want to do with it. Learning to use the law will not happen for you over night, but luckily I have some helpful exercises to get you focused and on the path to success. Practice using the Law of Attraction everyday. I am a self-help life coach and my goal is to help others reach theirs. Remember, you have the ability to create your own success. It's not about finding yourself; there is no black board in the sky telling you what your purpose is. You decide what you want, who you are, and how you want to live. What are you waiting for? Let's start setting those goals!

My goals (written in present tense)
I am grateful for (everything you complain about)
My short-term goal (the experiment)
