Sleep Paraylsis- Very Scary

For the last 5 years or so, I have suffered from something called sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis is a very scary thing. For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, let me explain. Sleep paralysis is when you're just lying there, not asleep, with your eyes closed, and then your body goes numb. You literally become paralyzed. From then on, you may hear voices, or see scary things, have bad hallucinations. You usually can't breathe, it feels like someone is sitting on your chest. You could just be lying there in your bed, paralyzed, and you will feel some kind of presence around you, like somebody crawling into your bed, or somebody touching you. It is the creepiest thing ever!!! I have found from experience that this usually happens to you when you haven't had a lot of sleep, or you have a lot of stress. I have had it almost every night this week, and it is not fun. Does anybody else out there have this problem too? I would like to know that I'm not alone on this
