Once your body gets used to the extra strain, then you can add some extra moves to your routine, such as stomach crunches and leg lifts. All that you will need to do is around 10 minutes of each different exercise. Remember, music helps you to time yourself and to keep your body moving. Getting into a regular routine and working out at your own pace will aid you in reaching your perfect body weight, and getting, as well as staying, healthy.
