How To Improve Your Overall Self-Being

Truth is, you can live however you want. Anyway that pleases you and makes you feel good about yourself, you can do because it is your life. Hard part is realizing you can be anyway you want and this is where confidence in self comes in.

I personally have lived a happy life. I went through Major ups to MAJOR downs, and now I am living simply and beautifully. Wherever you are in your life, even if you are just looking for your happy interests, these tips and steps can help you achieve a further sense of self-being.

These 3 key-points are basically all you need in life to being fully happy within yourself, and to enjoy your moment, but integrating and applying these things is what you need.

Change is a law of the universe: You can look throughout time, all the the smart people who a lot of people look up to, have realized and guided people to realizing this, because it is a very important thing. I can name people such as, Bruce Lee, Buddah, Alan Watts, "Huna" AKA Kahunas.

Realizing you have made millions of changes in your life is your guide to change. Think about how you have went from not liking girls/boys as a kid, to liking them (kind of ridiculous right) haha. You have went from thinking one thing was right and realizing it wasn't, and then have a new point of view. These are changes, and you have made many of them throughout your life.

Integrating change is to change your view to "LOVING" it. You must learn to make your thoughts love how you always change. This is being aware of when you realize you're making a change. Embrace it, say you like it/love it. You will start to embrace change.

Love is everything: Everything is included in love. What love really is, is emotions. Think about all the times you have been happy, laughed, felt feelings for someone. Without putting a definitive meaning on it, that is love.

We've got this gift of love, but love is like a precious plant. You can't just accept it and leave it in the cupboard or just think it's going to get on by itself. You've got to keep watering it. You've got to really look after it and nurture it. -John Lennon

So love is to be created/builded, and you can do this very easy. Think about things you love throughout your life, say in your mind, "what are some good thoughts I can think about", those are really good feeling emotions and times. Look for things you love in yourself, look in the mirror and look for things you are grateful for and love, instead of things you don't like, or flaws you wish you could improve. Really appreciate your traits, and by doing this, you are building the love inside yourself.

Confidence Within Yourself: If you have read and start doing the 2 explanations yourself, you have already begun to build confidence. What confidence really is, is growing and truly loving yourself. When you love yourself, no-one can break you because you know what you truly adore in you and nothing can break that. This is confidence!

Being Anyway You Want

Being anyway you want is hard for some people, because a lot of people define, fake and real. I am going to give you a trick that will change your mindset completely. Give up "Liking" and give up "disliking". I explain further in other articles of mine, but this is something I had learnt from Bruce Lee and this is his take on it.

The perfect way is only difficult for those who pick and choose. Do not like, do not dislike; all will then be clear. Make a hairbreadth difference and heaven and earth are set apart; if you want the truth to stand clear before you, never be for or against. The struggle between "for" and "against" is the mind's worst disease. -Bruce Lee

So once you give up that, don't worry, it will take time. You will be on a big way to acting anyway you like, let the effects shock you :).

Also if you can, stop trying to define real and fake in general.
