Strawberries, orange peel and banana peel are excellent natural remedies to whiten your teeth.

A dazzling smile adds to your looks. It makes you much more attractive. You will be able to attract and impress others. It is essential to have attractive white teeth, to flash that smile.

Some major reasons for discolored teeth are tea, coffee, colas and wines. Certain fruits like apples and potatoes can also turn your teeth yellow. Strawberry for Teeth Whitening

Strawberry can help to whiten your teeth. It is inexpensive and contains malic acid, which helps to remove the stains and discoloration. It is a natural tooth cleanser which removes the coffee, tea and cola stains easily. Strawberry can be used once in 7 days to keep your teeth dazzling white. Using it more frequently would damage the teeth enamel.

How to Use Strawberry?

Take 4-5 strawberries in a bowl. Crush them with a fork. Add a tsp of baking soda and blend it well. Apply the resulting paste on your teeth with a toothbrush and brush your teeth after 5 minutes. Repeat the process after a week. You will see that your teeth will become dazzling white about a month.

Banana Peel

Banana peel is an excellent teeth whitener. Take a ripe banana and peel it. Rub the inside white portion of the banana peel on your teeth. Rinse your teeth after 15 minutes. Repeat the process daily for 15 days and your teeth will become dazzling white. Crunchy fruits and vegetables like carrots and celery can help to keep the teeth clean and white. They have acidic properties. The abrasive nature of these fruits and vegetables helps to clean the teeth.

Orange Peel

The inside portion of the orange peel which is white in color can help to whiten your teeth. It contains a variety of teeth whitening ingredients. Peel orange and rub the inside of the peel on your teeth. Brush your teeth after 15 minutes. Wash the orange peel before using it on the teeth as it may contain dirt and pesticides.
