Instead of Orange Juice Try This...

Infused Water Has Many Benefits!

I know I love drinking orange juice with breakfast, but let's face it--orange juice is high in sugar! Try replacing your morning orange juice with "fruit water" instead. It has a sweet taste, barely any calories, AND supports overall health!

You might want to replace your OJ with "Strawberry Kiwi Fruit Water" instead. This infused water is less than 10 calories and supports cardiovascular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation, and aids in digestion.

If you prefer something with citrus, try "Cucumber, Lemon & Lime Water." It helps with water weight management, bloating, appetite control, hydration, and aides in digestion.

***Do not keep longer than 48 hours. You can put in more water using the same fruit, but discard used fruit after 48 hours.

@ytsenoh: Thank you! Yes, I look for every chance I get to link things to one of my greatest passions--developing healthy relationships by being real about the "mess" it might sometimes feel like.

If you want to add something to act as a "syrup" to your waffle you could warm a few of the strawberries and mash them to make a strawberry sauce. That's yummy too. Thanks for your comment!

@always exploring: You are welcome! It's quite yummy. Today I added a little mashed banana and pretended it was a strawberry banana split. I could have added a drizzle of chocolate--but that kind of defeats the purpose of low-cal. Oh! But I could have sprinkled some cocoa powder! Next time. :-)

Very good. I was especially amused with your segway into the ingredients of relationships...very creative and clever! Thanks for your hub. I do like cucumbers and lemons in water. I don't like yogurt, but could certainly give your recipe a try without it, making it 11 less calories!
