  • Artichokes: Purifies and protects your liver and also has a diuretic affect on your kidneys

  • Asparagus: is a Super Detoxing food that also has a diuretic effect and helps to maintain healing bacteria in your intestines.

  • Broccoli: Will increase your levels of glutathione which is an important antioxidant that helps the liver to expel toxins.

  • Carrots: Are Packed with beta-carotene and is a powerful antioxidant which is also antibacterial and anti-fungal.

  • Cranberries: Very Antioxidant-rich. It destroys bacteria in your kidneys, bladder and urinary tract.
