  • Asparagus: is a Super Detoxing food that also has a diuretic effect and helps to maintain healing bacteria in your intestines.

  • Broccoli: Will increase your levels of glutathione which is an important antioxidant that helps the liver to expel toxins.

  • Carrots: Are Packed with beta-carotene and is a powerful antioxidant which is also antibacterial and anti-fungal.
