So what are the causes of tiredness well there are a number of factors associated with tiredness which can include work related problems, stress, lack of adequate sleep, physical stress such as in pregnancy etc.

Though it is something to note that occasionally we all at some point feel tired and that is completely normal how ever it is troublesome if your tiredness becomes some what more long term or chronic as we call it.

Tiredness is also linked with people having heart problems as people who are heart patients feel fatigued and experience lack of energy and often feel depressed similar case is of people who are obese or underweight as in both cases they feel down most of the time and do not feel active or energised.

Causes To Tiredness

So How To Terminate Tiredness?

Here are just a few suggestions to help you eliminate your tiredness. First things first diet is something that is directly linked to health. In short if you are eating healthy you will have a healthy body if not well your body will compromise. You should try to incorporate healthy natural foods in your diet such as fruits and vegetables because they make you feel energized and refreshed and are just full of benefits for your body. Next thing is if you are having caffeine or may be consuming alcohol try to just get rid of it , I know just leaving something instantly can be very hard but do make an effort and if you can not get rid of it completely then the very least you can do it limit the amount you consume. Also try to drink a cup of tea every day at least especially green tea as it truly refreshing.

After diet the second most important thing is sleep. Sleep is a certain time period that your body needs to rest. If you are having trouble sleeping then this might be one of the major reason why you feel tired and are unable to concentrate on any thing that you do. Your sleeping problems may be due to stress so try to calm your mind and practise soothing techniques such as listening to a melodious tune that calms you down or perhaps taking a nice warm bath before you go to bed.

Now lastly the need to be involved in some sort of physical activity is worth mentioning it is good for your body as well as your mind and will help you to prevent tiredness a simple way to understand this is that people who do not work out are the ones who feel tired because of there lack of activity. Do some sort of exercise if you enjoy walking, jogging or swimming just dedicate a certain time each day to it and you will see a vast improvement and this will help you to terminate tiredness.

      Informative Hub Article.

There are many reasons/causes for TIREDNESS but if you are feeling Tired All Of The Time then make sure that you get a Blood Test done and specifically check for Anaemia and/or anaemia-related illnesses.

Also make sure that you ask your GP/Dr about conditions such as CFS/ME/FMS etc and get these checked out as well.
