How to improve your lifestyle?
To remain and stay healthy in life. There has to be a balance in all aspects of life. As quoted by the World Health Organization (WHO), health is the state of physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well being. So for a body to stay healthy, it has to be well not only in the physical aspect but to the overall aspect. The question is: how can we maintain all of these outlooks in life, not to mention, all of the noise and stress that are happening around us.
People nowadays, tend to consume easy to eat foods such as fast food and microwavable products which they don't know what the content on it is. Eating outside is not bad if you do it once in a while. Because at the end of the day, it is the quality of food that we are after. Fruits and vegetables together with good quality macro nutrients carbohydrates, protein, and fats).
The best foods to take are definitely the one's that you make at home. Again, i'm not saying that eating in restaurants is bad. Home cooked foods is good in many areas: first of all, you can know what ingredients you are putting in to the food, thus making a quality cooked product. second thing is that you will be able to monitor your intake based on the food pyramid. It is not a necessity to follow the amount of servings on the food pyramid because that will depend on your body size.
On the whole, the most important thing is the quality of food you are taking in. As long as you consume the right amount of nutrients for the day, then you'll be alright.

The purpose of exercise is to keep your physical outlook healthy. Consuming healthy foods is not enough to keep your lifestyle good. It has to have a balance within it.
Exercise doesn't have to be done in the gym lifting weights and running in treadmills you can do so by simply walking in the park, stretching out those muscles you haven't used in a while. Also, you don't have to be exercising everyday to stay healthy, give it at least three or four times a week. Just make sure you schedule yourself on that certain day to do your exercise. Never procrastinate because it won't get you anywhere.
Every person needs a break. A break from all the worries, anxieties and stress they are facing throughout their life. Without proper sleep, everything will fall off, you wont be having a good appetite, no energy to go to work or exercise maybe. Sleep is there to re-balance your mental and emotional burden through the day. Every person is different so i would say at a range of 6 - 8 hours of sleep would be beneficial depending on their daily activities.
To be able to improve one's quality and outlook in life, there must be a balance between these 3 areas in life: nutrition, exercise, and sleep. One cannot survive without the other, so what i'm saying is the three of them are interconnected. you must create a balance in all 3 aspects to live a good quality of life.
