Bridal Boot Camp Workout
Here is a great bridal boot camp workout that you can do at home or at the gym! This will get your heart racing, muscles burning, and calories burning... and it will all be worth it when you fit perfectly into your dream wedding dress!
)Do each exercise for 40 seconds and rest then rest for 20 seconds. Try to limit breaks to this time. If you need to rest, do it but jump back in when you can!)
Lunge Jumps - start in lunge position, jump up and switch legs for the lunge each time. Go as quickly as possible!
Pushup and Knee-In - Do a pushup (on knees if needed), and after each pushup bring each knee to the opposite elbow.
Double Crunch - Start seated on the floor with your knees bent and feet off the ground. Then simultaneously lean back and extend your legs out. Then crunch back in to starting position.
Dumbbell Plank Row - Start in pushup position (on toes) with each hand on a dumbbell. While keeping your hips still, row one arm back at a time. Don’t let your hips tilt!

Lateral Lunges - Start standing with your feet out nice and wide outside shoulder width. Keeping one leg straight, sit down and back over one knee. Almost like a sideways one leg squat. Alternate sides and go as low as you can on each side. This really targets those glutes!
Dumbbell Overhead Push Press - Holding 2 dumbbells at shoulder level, do a small squat, then as you come up use that momentum to help push the weights up over head. Return to shoulder level and repeat.
Side-to-side Hip Thrusters - Start in pushup position and then hop knees up to one elbow. Hop them back to starting position and then up to the other elbow.
Leg Lift and Pulse Up - Lying flat on the ground, lift your legs straight up in the air to make a 90 degree angle and then lift your hips up off the ground as high as you can. Slowly lower back down and repeat.
For a more advanced workout go through the workout again with less breaks.
