My Best Weight Loss Secret

Updated on March 14, 2011

I have discovered the best and greatest weight loss method that exists.  No fuss, no dieting, no restriction.  You don't even have to exercise.  So what is this amazing secret?  It is very simple.  If you can't afford the food, there is no question whether you need to count every last calorie.  In fact, you will be so grateful for every scrap of sustenance that the words "fat" and "portion control" won't even be in your vocabulary.  I mean, all of those poor people pretend to be so hungry, when in reality, they are just loving how slim and trim they are.  You thought that being wealthy was the way to go.  Well, think again!  When you have plenty, you start worrying about all kinds of things, like being overweight and people stealing your expensive home entertainment center.  And who wants to drive a Jaguar or BMW or Lamborghini anyhow?  Overrated, too fast (the police will just LOVE you), and why do you need all of those amenities in a living room on wheels?  I have experimented with many, many different weight loss methods and found this one to be the most effective.  Yes, the years that we hardly had enough and were out of money before the paycheck was even cut, that was when I perfected my technique.

There are actually a variety of side benefits here also.  You, too, can enjoy the freedom from taxes and the annual April 15th pressure.  You, too, can avoid the constant sales calls from financial advisors looking to increase their client base.  And how about having to itemize deductions and the headache of every last receipt, every last detail?  So there you have it -  poverty is an extremely underrated position.  You and your bank account can both lose weight at the same time, and you will have streamlined and simplified your life.

So true, problems esp. financial can lose you weight. Shedding off pounds is no problem if you are overwhelmed with many problems in your life.
