The Cause of the HIV/AIDS Epidemic - Two Minerals Missing from our Food Supply

Iodine, magnesium and potassium were supplemented in breads in the U.S. starting in 1920 to combat a goiter problem. Goiter is caused by severe iodine deficiency. Almost 40% of the people in the U.S. had goiter and it was getting too many men rejected from military service since depression and anxiety are low thyroid symptoms.

Fluoride, chloride and bromide are other halogen family minerals which compete for the same receptor sites in the body and win over iodine because they are all heavier weight molecules. Therefore, they deplete iodine levels.

All of your blood travels through your thyroid gland every 17 minutes. 80% of your iodine is in your thyroid gland.

Iodine is the main ingredient in thyroid hormone. There are at least 300 low thyroid symptoms. Iodine fulfillment therapy was the treatment that doctors used for low thyroid treatment before the 1950s.

Iodine also detoxes several heavy metals which preserve pathogens and overstimulate proteins and enzymes. Any problems with the reproductive organs involve iodine deficiency.

John D. Rockefeller, in 1963, personally asked the World Health Organization to remove minerals iodine, magnesium and potassium from bread supplementation. The average person got 1mg daily.

The WHO set the recommended daily allowance at that time at 150mcg. One milligram contains 1,000 micrograms. Natural health practitioners recommend 12mg daily, factoring in the competitor minerals and synthetic molecules in our food supply.

His argument was that some people might be getting too much iodine which was causing them to have hyper-thyroid. Synthetic hormones had been created in the 1940s and 50s and lowering the iodine levels would increase low thyroid symptoms. This was the real reason for discontinuing this supplementation.

The WHO, CDC and AMA were founded by John D. Rockefeller in the 1940s. The WHO gets 74% of its operating budget from pharmaceutical sales. They receive a small percentages from every sale.

Medical insurance companies get 50-65% of their operating budget form pharmaceutical sales as well. The AMA gets 85% of their money form pharmaceutical sales and they have the legal right to remove a doctor's medical license, which is a serious conflict of interest.

Your medical professionals and the vast majority of the people in these organizations do not know this information. All information, research, facts are very compartmentalized in these areas so that this kind of information is not discovered and reported by true healers in the health profession.

The WHO did as instructed and discouraged bread supplementation. By the early 1970s, we saw a rise in heavy metal toxicity symptoms such as autism, alzheimer's, hyper-activity, Lou Gehrig's disease.

Depression, anxiety, bi-polar, schizophrenia, all of which are low thyroid symptoms, also increased at this time.

MSM Organic Sulphur

MSM kills pathogens very effectively.

Methyl-sulfonyl-methane, MSM or sulfur, is a gas that evaporates from the ocean, turns into rain clouds, and comes into our crops through the rain water. It acts just like a mineral once ingested into our bodies.

Natural health practitioners believe that if you have a serious illness, you probably have about two pounds of parasites in your liver. All of your blood travels through the liver every four minutes and the parasites eat your nutrients and hormones.

Candida yeast overgrowth of the intestines is the most commonly treated pathogen problem by the natural health industry. Many things can irritate your intestines, kill your good bacteria and leave you with too much yeast causing protein deficiency. Good MSM levels in your body will keep yeast under control.

You can get sulfur form MSM powder at up to 2T twice daily. Crystals or flakes are more potent and require 1t twice daily. Any more than that would be wasted and expelled form your body unused. You can also drink rain water or dehumidified water filtered.

Synthetic Fertilizers

MSM binds with anything synthetic. Fertilizers are the main cause of MSM deficiency. Pesticides, herbicides and food additives also contribute.

Synthetic fertilizers are a petroleum based product that were first introduced in Africa in the 1930s by John D. Rockefeller. The levels of sickness increased where the fertilizers were used.

The fertilizers were mandated by law to prevent e-coli from cow manure. The same law was passed here in 1954 after Rockefeller lobbied for it.

Organic animal manure (no growth hormones or anti-biotics), properly treated for e-coli, is a much better choice of fertilizer for many reasons.

The Root Cause

Remember that all symptoms and diseases start with:

1. protein and enzyme deficiency;
2. too many pathogens;
3. inflammation.

However, the ROOT CAUSE of these three problems is a MINERAL DEFICIENCY. So, any other problems that are diagnosed as a cause of your symptoms are valid, but a mineral deficiency is at the root of the problem.

Minerals kill pathogens, detox heavy metals, and reduce inflammation.

MSM sulfur and iodine from sea kelp or supplementation are two of the best minerals for keeping pathogens and heavy metals under control. Both can be taken in therapeutic dosages to correct the overgrowth of pathogens, then daily dosages for maintenance of good health.

It takes an investment of about 1 billion dollars to get a pharmaceutical product on the market. They have to have enough customers while it is patented for 15 years to regain their investment. This requires a health epidemic. It also requires mandatory health insurance coverage which uses only pharmaceuticals.


Supplementing and desupplementing breads with iodine, magnesium and potassium were both done without federal mandates. Therefore, an organized group effort to reintroduce bread supplementation can be done without lobbying politicians in which case the pharmaceutical lobbyists would work hard to reverse those efforts.

When organizing for supplementation, pay attention to several things:
1. The iodine needs to be at 1mg or better, just like it was before;
2. bromide, a competitor mineral, needs to be completely removed;
3. don't use iodized table salt because the chloride will compete for and win the battle over iodine for the same receptor sites in the body, making it completely ineffective (which is why the pharmaceuticals endorse iodized table salt);
4. iodine manufacturers have different methods of processing the iodine so that the assimilation is better. Eidon minerals are all 100% assimilated whereas some are closer to 5%;
5. limiting the focus to hiv/AIDS, or autism, will prevent opposition from the pharmaceuticals. Educating the people in the pharmaceutical industry about the hundreds of illnesses caused by iodine deficiency will probably cause a backlash from the money-makers in the industry;
6. there are several minerals that detox heavy metals, so a cocktail of minerals will be even stronger than iodine only, without causing an overage in any one mineral (MSM has no limits on dosage as the body expels what isn't used).

      I have been told since I was a child I have an allergy to iodine. People like me feel queasy and get headaches from seafood. Regular blood tests reveal no thyroid problems.

      Also I found out that sulphites are no good for people. Sulphites are a common sulfur based food preservative. Sulphites/sulfur is therefore over represented in our diet. Onions, garlic etc all contain enough sulfur already. This plus common sulphite preservatives can be over dosing us on sulfur.
