      I think treadmills are one of the best workout machines you can buy - I use mine every day! It can be great using a treadmill because it means I can do some cardio even when it rains and in the comfort of my home! :)

      The treadmill you've reviewed here looks really impressive, I wish mine could go up to 12 miles an hour!
