Lose Ten Pounds With The Jack In The Box Diet!

The Rules

Everyone's looking for a quick way to shed some weight. This diet will keep you at about 1500 calories a day. With some light work outs, you could lose up to ten pounds in a month! Easier than microwaving those prepackaged meals, and so much better! The only beverages allowed on this diet are water, coffee, unsweetened tea and diet soda. (zero calorie artificial sweeteners can be used. No creamers or milk.) The only condiment that can be used is hot sauce. The meals do not need to be eaten in the order displayed per day, so feel free to switch up your breakfast and dinner as long as they are in the same day. Good luck, and bon appetit!

Day 1

Breakfast

      I was assuming this was a joke hub, but it looks like you are serious. I will keep this in mind in case my wife dumps me and I have to slim down a bit for bachelor life. Interesting hub!

      There are several things that do not really make sense with this "diet". I thought it was a joke at first. First of all, a calorie is not just a calorie, so just because you are taking in a certain number of calories, it's the type of calories you are taking in that matters. Second, you have no idea how this food has been prepared in a fast food restaurant and third, everyone's body is different. Even if this actually has worked for you doesn't mean that it will work for someone else, even if they have similar/same variable factors (age,gender,weight,activity level) does not mean their body will process these bad calories in the same manner.
