Whereas before starting the apple cider vinegar my after meal average sugar reading was 200 and my Moms was 230. After we started taking the apple cider vinegar before meals my after dinner average 1 hour after meals dropped to 140 and my Moms average 1 hour after meals dropped to 160. I LOVED this Hub, particularly the videos! My favorite is the video of the kids making apple cider. The paint mixer from Home Depot for mixing the apples was BRILLIANT . . . it makes me think of a new episode of Tim the Tool Guy - where he's roasting marshmallows with a 500,000 BTU Vers-A-Flame All Season Torch System!
