Did you know that more than one million victims per year spent more than two billion dollars for surgery and convalescence that they didn’t need? Did you know that these same victims also had to spend about $850-$1500.00 per year on supplies that they will have to use every day for a lifetime as a result of this unnecessary surgery?

Like a jigsaw puzzle, each “piece” of your body connects to another “piece,” therefore, all are equally important so that the puzzle that is you is complete and whole. I’m very upset to discover, after 20 odd years; that my tonsils should never have been removed. Even if the organ is struggling to function, it can be corrected by the procedure I’m going to explain later in this article.

However, were you aware, that the same one million victims mentioned above, never knew that the surgery they underwent would happen, and never realized that they inadvertently authorized it? Do you know what they went into the hospital for? They went into the hospital for some abdominal pain related thing, and the doctors decided to do “Exploratory Surgery.”
Now, you’d think that the word exploratory means only that they are going to look around, and then tell you the results of what they found. If you thought that, you’d be wrong, because you thought that the word “surgery” only meant they would cut you open and look around.
However, “exploratory surgery” actually means that they are going to explore and cut out or surgically remove whatever they deem is necessary. This means that you’d be one of the victims I’m talking about who never knew what was in store for them, until they woke up and discovered, to their chagrin, what a colostomy was.
Have you any idea what a colostomy involves? The following is taken from instructions contained in the Colostomy Manual patients are given after having this surgery.
- “You will be coping with appliances from now on (the rest of your life).
- The dismay over needing to carry this bag for the rest of your life is something every ‘Colostomate’ must overcome. (If we thought DISMAY was not a normal reaction, we’d be kidding ourselves.)
- Discharge of the feces flows day and night (without your being able to control it) since there is no place except ‘the bag’ for it to go into.
- There are no voluntary muscles involved, so you cannot control it.
- Question: ‘How can I get along without that control?’ Answer: ‘Thousands do!’
- Healing the hole in the side, made by the surgeon, progresses for several weeks after the operation.
- ‘Disposable bags’ means you can use a new one every day...but some go a day and a half and even longer between changes. Anyone with sewing ability can alter a man’s or woman’s garment to conceal the presence of the bag.
- You may want to forego certain foods in order to: prevent blockage, to prevent a watery or inconvenient discharge of fecal matter, to avoid excessive odor or gas.
- Without the colon, dehydration and too great a loss of sodium is likely. Call your doctor in case diarrhea bothers you.
- Thirst will afflict you. Liquids are Nature’s way to compensate for the loss of the water-absorbing colon.
- Twin concerns are ODORS and GAS! Occasional odor is ‘normal’.”
The Name of the Game
Is a colostomy necessary? No, it is not, provided preventative steps are taken in time. Prevention is the name of the game, and you need to take steps now to correct the situation you are already, unknowingly headed towards due to consumption of the typical American diet.
I hope that I’ve gotten your attention, because as a natural health practitioner in massage therapy, I am constantly educating myself on ways to improve health naturally. Now, I have on a different set of glasses; I see things so differently from the way I used to think...or not think, because that’s what it boils down to.
Most people consume without a thought. The only thing that focuses that consumption is their appetites, and most people live to feed their appetites, and have no self-control whatsoever. I too, was living the same way. Whatever my flesh wanted, my flesh got. I caught myself in this just yesterday.
I came home after having been out all day, and not having more than a cup of granola in some milk in the morning. I was ravenously hungry, and I still had to take my son to his community service class. I really didn’t have time to prepare anything, and my cupboards were low.
I quickly grabbed some ham fried rice I had made out of the refrigerator, and spooned some into a bowl to take with me. I heated it up for two minutes in the microwave (which I don’t like using) in the snack room of the building where my son’s class was, and left with it to run errands, while waiting to pick him back up.
By this time, I was so hungry, that I started wolfing this food down, not even caring that it had not gotten completely warmed up. About half way through it, I caught myself. I love what awareness breeds in us, because it makes you conscious of your own behavior and bad habits.
So I slowed down, and proceeded to ensure that I completely chewed up everything, so that the bolus could be properly digested. What’s a bolus, you ask? It is the broken down food that is delivered from your mouth, down the esophagus to your stomach to be broken down further by a chemical and turned into chyme.
When the chyme leaves your stomach, it is moved into the small intestines, where the nutrients that help build and maintain your cellular structure, are absorbed.
Now, let’s stop there for a minute. I’m sure you know the old adage: ‘You are what you eat.’ So as the saying goes, ‘Garbage in...Garbage out.’ But are you sure it’s all coming out? Seriously, you need to become aware of this. If you are suffering with some sort of pain or sickness, the reason is your mouth, and what you decide to put into it.
You see, spiritually speaking, it’s not what goes into a man that perverts him, but what comes out that is toxic. Your thoughts and your tongue can be the firing gun of your own spiritual assassination.
However, fleshly speaking, it is what goes in, and that causes a toxic production that can’t escape due to toxic overload. The body is not made to handle it, particularly in this toxic based, “civilized society” we live in. Your body can only fight it off just so much before it is overwhelmed and you see the results in pain and sickness.
Where does this originate? Well, because what you eat is so important, and will have an adverse effect on your health if you don’t eat in a preventative manner; you know that your mouth is the starting point.
However, no matter what, it’s the end point that really is important; as it doesn’t matter what the beginning of a thing is, but the ending, because the ending dictates the beginning of something else. You feel me?
A Picture of Your Future?
This then, brings us back to the subject of the colon, and colostomies. Can you prevent this from happening to you, or is carrying a stinking bag of feces with you everywhere you go a picture of your future? Yeah, I’m getting graphic here for a reason; to get your attention, and snap you out of the daydream in which this scripture has not been understood.
1Cr 6:12 "Everything is permissible for me"--but not everything is beneficial. "Everything is permissible for me"--but I will not be mastered by anything.
I’m sure that you realize that in whatever city you live in, if they stopped the sewage service and the trash pickup, you’d be in a pickle. Now, if you can imagine what would happen after 1, 2, 3 and even 4 weeks of that; imagine what your neighborhood would look like and smell like after a year of that. Now, picture 5, 20, 45 years...it just wouldn’t be a livable condition, right?
So why do you allow such conditions in the “city” that is your body? Think about that a minute. Don’t you realize that in order for all systems to run properly, things have to be kept clean? Therefore, you must do two things.
The first is to change your eating habits. Number one, get educated, and stop relying on doctors, whose job it is to make money, to tell you everything. You are responsible for your health, not your doctor. You decide whether to either eat right, and live in a healthy manner, or die. That’s the sum of it.
Whether you die now, or die later, is irrelevant. It’s how you go. Are you going to go withering in agony because you, in effect, killed yourself through bad decisions and bad dietary choices? Number two is that you need to eat to feed your liver, and your colon. That means raw foods-vegetables predominantly, particularly green ones.
Wake up people. I’m being blunt here for a reason. The life you save could be your own. It’s not just you I’m speaking to, but myself also. I have been making these changes, because I’m now aware of how much I’ve been “dumping” toxicity in my “city.” Yesterday alone, I had a craving for a McDonald’s steak and egg and cheese bagel. Do you know that I drove on an alternate street to avoid going by the McDonald’s? That’s how strong the urge was, and had I driven by it and smelled it, I would have turned the car right in there.
The Life You Save...Could Be Your Own
But, I digress. The second thing you need to do is keep your colon clean. The colon is where your immune system is housed. 75% of the immune system is in the colon. When the nutrients are removed from the chyme in the small intestine, then whatever remains was indigestible, and it is moved into the large intestine or colon for the re-absorption of water and sodium, and subsequently to the rectum for the removal of the waste.
If your colon is sick, blocked or impacted, then you cannot remove wastes. Oh, you may think you’re doin’ the bathroom thing, but there are ways to tell if you’ve got it right. There’s a chart of the colon that you can check, in addition to a chart on poop. Yes, I said it. A chart that tells you what health poop looks like, and what unhealthy poop looks like.
If your colon is sick, it will look like some of the pictures you have seen throughout this article. If it is in this sort of shape, and you will only know this by x-rays; you are heading for the valley of illness and disease.
How do you rectify this situation? (A little colon joke) There are several approaches and depending on your financial condition, you may want to start with the less expensive route and graduate up to the more expensive methods. The point is, get started!
Ok, so first, you definitely need the change in diet. Beyond that, most people are impacted and don’t even know it. Most people suffering from low back pain and weight problems are really bad off on this scale. So, from cheapest to most beneficial, here are some suggestions to clean out your colon and restore your immune system and health.
· DO NOT TAKE LAXATIVES! These only work by irritating the colon so much, that it tries to expel the laxative. Any extra loose particles go out with the trash, so to speak, which is why you think it worked, when it really didn’t.
· Use a natural supplement to begin your cleansing process. It’s a bit less expensive as whole on this list, but not the best way to ensure a proper cleansing. See the review links, and other related links, at the bottom of this article, to immune system based products that will help you to restore your health.
· NUMBER ONE METHOD: Get a colonics therapist! You will need to see this therapist 6 times in the first year, and once or twice yearly after that. This is usually about $100 per treatment, but it is the best method for a total cleanse and the removal of years of what I call ‘waste paste’ lining the walls of your colon.
Lastly, read the book! 10 pages a day of a good book will change your life! Get informed so you know what you are doing, and the path that your choices are taking you on. Take back control. Don’t allow the money/media machine to control you through consumption. Make informed choices.
